External Practical Exam = 25 Marks

Placement Experience

2

students are eligible for placements in Final year of college. in tech branches, most of the students get placed but in non tech branches, placements are negligible. Around 7 to 8 companies visit our college for campus placement but as I am from non tech branch, I am not hoping for pacements and i am preparing for GATE and other government services exams.

Campus Life

5

A tech fest is organised in the month of January and february. Also Khelo Bharat, a university evnt is organised in december involving wide range of games providing exposure to students in different sports. There are a lot of clubs in college like GFG club, GDSC Club, Tarang, Abhinartan, Urchins, etc. there are auditions for joining these clubs and they provide great exposure to studets.

Admission

I was not aiming for this college, I appeared for JEE Mains and got AIR 88,500(Approx) and I was aiming for NIT Raipur Civil Engineering but was not able to qualify cutoff of that college and was alloted with this college in JOSSA round. so I took admission in this college as I was not aware of state counsellings and spot rounds in some specific colleges. we can say that my admission in this colleges was due to lack of information. I was getting tech branches also in this college but i choose Civil Engineering due to my personal interest. Ovreall admission experience in this college was smooth and all staff members were very supportive.

Faculty

Faculty to student relationship is good in college and almost all faculty member are easily approachable and has a very friendly nature and doesn't hesitate in solving doubts at any moment. All faculties teaches very well, specially associate professors and senior professors are very good at their respective subjects. Some professors may loook strict but are ready to help in the time of need.

Night Life

5

Also hostels have the same timing, don't know about girls hostel, Campus looks extremely beautiful in night and cycling with friends in night inside campus is great pleasure. You can hangout with friend around lakes as there are three lakes in the campus also campus has great cafeteria for chilling with friends. Also campus has great greenery.

Placement Experience:

We can do internships after 1st year and 2nd but for the placement it's in 4th year. The training and placement cell of the college has work consistently to bring reputated companies like a TCS Wipro Infosys LNT Infotech etc. the medium package for uses students is like 4 lakh per annum and PG students was about 4 to 5 lakh per annum. However when compared with some of the top tile institutions the package levels and placement percentage highlight the student themselves me to bridge through internship of campus drive and additional certifications. Another noticeable trend is that placements 10 to be more favourable for the branches like computer science and information technology where are School branches of an face lower absorption rates which is common in many engineering colleges. But here off campus placement are really good

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

Placement Experience:

Internship for the third and final year students, but not paid mostly. Placements are very few, don't expect placement from any government college in Chhattisgarh. Work on your skill. Companies like Adani came for placement for Mtech mining students. Highest package is of 3.5 lpa, He works in Bangalore. Other students do master. I am working in my skills and I will try for off campus placement or I will go abroad for master or job.

Remarks:

The college was established in 2009 and is therefore still growing. The staff and facilities are working very hard to create exceptions and achievements. As the college is comparatively new from others. Therefore, more hard work can be seen in the part of faculties. This gives students studying now a great advantage to learn and gain more.
