Course curriculum is as per the NEP 2020 and matches the syllabus of iits and nits. The syllabus is upto the mark. Exams are of moderate level , so even if you are a average student you will easily pass the exam and even score a good cgpa provided that you should study in the class and do assignments.

Placement percentage is not good . Very few companies like tcs , wipro , etc. visits the campus. I hope placement will improve as the university is growing at the rapid speed . Average package is 7-8 lpa Lowest is 4-5 lpa Highest is 18-20 lpa.

Course Fee per year including tuition fee , lab fee , Library fee , medical fee , exam fee , id card fee , fest fee , yoga and sports fee is around ?30900. If we talk about fee in semester wise instead of yearly then it is around ?16000 in odd semesters(i.e 1,3,5,7) and around ?15000 in even semesters(i.e 2,4,6,8) In the first year you have to pay ?1000 as a caution money , ?750 as admission fee and ?300 as enrollment fee so the fee for the first year is around 32950 thenafter in further years you have to pay 30900 for 2nd , 3rd and 4th year . Talking about scholarship,,,there are few scholarship and services schemes which helps students with weaker financial condition and university also provide an amount of 15000 to the student who score the highest grade in a year among all the branches... There are also sc st cell to support sc st student.

Equilibrio is a tech fest organised by btech students every year . Apart from that on various occasions like dusherra , holi , ganesh utsav , etc..students organise small events . We have various clubs too like URCHINS, TARANG(music and band ), GOOGLE DEVELOPERS CLUB( tech and non tech), GFG(tech and non tech) , CHALCHITRA (short film making and photography) , nexus ( alumni network), chess ( chemical society) , ieee ( for ece and ee students ) , etc..

Hostel facility is very good . Hostel warden takes care of every student. Food quality is good and tasty but need some improvement. Proper hygiene is maintained in mess and hostels. Hostel is very nice and room is quite good for two people to live. If you are not getting hostels then you can easily get pg outside near koni .

I gave jee mains in 2024 , due to some reason I could not secure a good rank . On my rank I was getting northeast nits only . So I decided to choose this college as I was getting cse here and the thing is that this is a central university with naac A++ accreditation and also the fee is affordable. So instead of choosing lower branch in lower nits and high fee private colleges, I preferred this college over others

Faculties are quite good except few and the exams are easy to pass if you study in the class and solve pyqs . For every semester there are three exams CLASS TEST 1 (which covers 50% syllabus of that semester) which is of 15 marks for each subject and then again CLASS TEST 2 ( covers the next 50% of the syllabus) same as CLASS TEST 1 and then end sem covering whole syllabus and is of 60 marks. 10 marks is divided into ATTENDANCE and INTERNAL WORKS.

Gym , cafeteria and library closing time is around 8 pm. Hostel closing timing is 9 pm for boys and 7 pm for girls. Inside the campus there are Nescafe and amul shop for hangout , moreover a small pond also known as viewpoint is the beautiful area . Outside the campus there are no such good place for hangout, you have to go city for good restaurant and malls.
