The girls-boys ratio is quite good rather than being in the engineering department.
There is very interesting clubs are available in the university in which students can develop any skills by their choice.
Dislikes
As university campus is very large or big there is no arrangement of any free buses or rickshaw available by the university.
I dislike about the washrooms available in the old buildings they are very dirty and bad smell is passing always.
Admission:
Previously i applied for Rungta college of engineering which is located in the capital of chhattisgarh called Raipur before i get admitted in Guru ghasidas university, but in Rungta college it is a private college with high amount of fee they are needed. After than i get admitted in GGU i left the further process of admission in Rungta college as GGU is a central university of chhattisgarh which is having a good name in other states.
The campus is beautiful with sprawling green space.
Library and study spaces the main library is spacious and offers extensive resources.
The academic advising department is helpful and professors are approachable and passionate about there subjects.

I was preparing for jee exam after 12th but I can't get cutoff marks for other collage in this collage I was eligible for admission so I apply here and collage well known and have NACC A++ campus is very big and Tution fee are affordable.
Seniors are helpful and ragging is Fully prohibited in the campus . There is a separate anti ragging cell too .
University cafeteria is also there which has multiple edible items in their menu at reasonable price.
Two Nescafe and two amul cafe is available in the campus which is quite good .
Dislikes
Classes of IT BUILDING are old and need renovation.
Holidays are very less in the university. You can download the holiday list from the ggv website .
Night life is not good here specially if you live in campus hostels as there are restrictions to girls and boys not to go out of the hostel after 7pm and 9 pm respectively.
Admission:
I gave jee mains in 2024 , due to some reason I could not secure a good rank .
On my rank I was getting northeast nits only .
So I decided to choose this college as I was getting cse here and the thing is that this is a central university with naac A++ accreditation and also the fee is affordable.
So instead of choosing lower branch in lower nits and high fee private colleges, I preferred this college over others

main gate can be made more attractive to look
audioturium is not so much good as campare to other college

i choose this college bcoz it is central university and there is much exposure about carrier . you can take addmission after giving jee mains examination . you have to get good rank in exam so that you get admission in this college
Library is good . I like library i spent lots of time in library.

Yes ,i had applied many college in JOSSA and CSAB but this college is providing Bechalor in very nominal fee and with central university degree.

For admission i had appeared in JEE mains then counseling through JOSSA af and CSAB .this college alloted in CSAB counselling.
Campus and lots of greenery and natural biodiversity.

Labs and workshops not good it should be add more in our academic.
Admission:
I choose this college because it is central university and very budget friendly than other colleges giving same equivalent degree.
For admission i attended JEE mains and applied in JOSSA and CSAB . I get admission in CSAB round but if seat is vacant you can get admission from sport round.
SRAM college chennai but this college I choose over that because of fee parameters and this college is central university and came under GFTI. For this college you have to apply in JEE and apply JOSSA and CASAB and if college have vacent seat this also offers sport round for admission
Infrastructure is now become better now each department got separate building with labs and faculty compartment and class rooms with smart board.
after this collage awarded A++ by NAAC there is huge room for development in Placement .

Clubs are not performing good .as Many clubs but just for name.

I Choose This Collage as This Collage Is a Central collage and came Under GFTIs. so i Expect this collage have good Infra, Reputation Than Other State collage and My JEE Mains rank was also not so good so i have very limited choice.
I applied for my collages and i am short listed in in CSTU, Bhillai also in CS brach but that collage have no infra like this and And Fee is also a main parameter for me this collage have least fee that suits on my budget so i choose this collage over other collages.
For Admissions you have to appear in JEE Mains and attend JOSSA AND CSAB and if seats are vaccents this collage also provide sport round.
I had chosen this college due to my low rank in my jee mains exam .and here fee is also affordable.i had chosen this college over state government college in my state due to bad infrastructure and poor management
College ground is well expanded with all playgrounds for different sports like indoor court for badmintion, foolball ground, cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, etc.
Universuty proviides large exposure for students and has great cafeteria and good nescafe outlets at different places in college which provides good space to chill out.
Coleege is expanded in more tha 600 acres and has good infarstructure , every department has its separate building with separate libraries and well equipped instruments in labs, and has a large auditorium for cultural and educational eveents.
Admission:
I was not aiming for this college, I appeared for JEE Mains and got AIR 88,500(Approx) and I was aiming for NIT Raipur Civil Engineering but was not able to qualify cutoff of that college and was alloted with this college in JOSSA round. so I took admission in this college as I was not aware of state counsellings and spot rounds in some specific colleges. we can say that my admission in this colleges was due to lack of information. I was getting tech branches also in this college but i choose Civil Engineering due to my personal interest. Ovreall admission experience in this college was smooth and all staff members were very supportive.
