A beautiful college

Course Curriculum is completely relevant and related to real world applications. As I'm in master's so my most of the time spent in the labs. We have to write a research paper before the completion of the course. Semester exams are mostly of 3 hours.

Internship opportunities are available for btech students as I'm in mtech so i already got a Stipend from the government for the teaching assistant role. Recently I made a project on waste water management system.

Placements are decent in my branch. But in recent times there is a dip in coming companies.Average package of my branch is 8 lpa and highest goes around 21 lpa. Almost 80 percent students get placed and others choose phd. My plan is to get a good package job.

The fees of my course is around 2 lakhs in total but in first year we have to a little more money because of the one time caution money, alumni money,registration money etc. Management quota is not available in my course. For reserved candidates there is tution fee waiver system especially for sc/st candidates. Any government scholarships are applicable on merit basis or economic basis

The overall experience can't be expressed through words. You have to come to iit for that experience. It's a life changing moment for me. A very huge library is present in the campus having more than 1 lakh books. So many clubs and societies are there. Each and every sports facilities like Cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, etc. Alcheringa is our annual which is very exciting.

Hostel facilities are decent. In MTech you will get a double sharing room with attached bathroom. The food quality is good and wide variety of food is served. There is a menu for every day and in starting you will love the food but you'll get bored from the food after sometime. The fee is around 115000 for 2 years.

Genuinely i will tell you why i chose this college. When I've gone for the interview i fall in love with this place and make sure that I will definitely come here. The college campus is so beautiful. For Mtech you have to clear GATE exam and if you got a decent rank then you can take admission through that score

The faculty to students ratio is 1 by 26 overall. The professors here are very chill and you can easily approach them for any queries. But some professors are actually strict and rude. Till now I don't find such professor whom I dislike. Exams are quite hectic and on tougher side. Course Curriculum is totally relevant

Firstly I cleared my gate examination with a decent rank from civil branch. In my time there is a interview system of environmental engineering for those whose ranks are not very good. The interview questions are basic like the 10-12 chemistry questions. I prepare for the interview by my own.

Nightlife is enjoyable in IITs. Almost every hostel has their personal gym and it's open every time. So many cafeterias are open till 2-3 am. There is no restrictions in hostel for boys you can go anytime wherever you want and for girl's it's 10 pm. Inside the campus there are so many lakes where you can enjoy or sit peacefully.
