Remarks

Excellent academic and Research Facilities. Professors are very helpful. Campus full of natural beauty which will make you fall in love in the campus. Hostel facilities are very good get separate room for privacy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Master degree from IITG is worth it will give you a good idea about research also along with courses. Faculties are helpful they guide very well. There will be 4 semesters 2 for course work and 2 for research project. Exam schedules will be pre decided and it will be timely. If you are consistent it will easy to pass.

Placement Experience

Placement are very good but it is little bit low in master comparison to graduate students. Top dream companies visit the campus like google, Microsoft etc. 85% graduate students get placed but for master it is low.

Campus Life

It is one of the India?Ûªs beautiful campus full of natural beauty. Here you will get every book and journal access. Class room are well equipped with technology and easy to study. Here technical fest Alcharinga is organised at large level which is full of tech and fun. Various sports and other events are also organise at national level.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel life is very good in IITG. Students get single room with WiFi lan. Every hostels have canteen study room sports room and stationary shop. Various events also organised in the hostels also. Mess is inside the hostel.

Admission

Only National Exam GATE is required to get admission other than that noting is required. GATE exam conducted every year in feb. Getting good score will be easy if you are consistent.

As earlier i told that the faculty member are too friendly with everyone, and it means u can ask any doubt with them without any hesitating. there are almost 10 teacher for 50 student on commerce. actually am from commerce so i know only about commerce. and they took sessional exam every month. oh, one more thing, on every month the college union invite some successful people on the auditorium room to motivate us, its a initiative steps for them.

For admission in this course you have to clear IIT JAM exam and secure a good rank under 100 of you are a general candidate. You can easily find the application details on Google. MY Campus Life

The Admission process is basically relies on the rankings obtained in JEE Advanced, organized by various IITs. During my time that is in 2021 IIT KGP conducted the exam. Intially, qualification in JEE mains is a prerequiste to be eligible for JEE advanced.The application form for jee advanced is made available on its official website with a fee of 2700 rupees for general category students in 2021.
