Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for law is well structured and it also provides us opportunity to explore fields of law as per our interest by providing multiple electives and the coaching is very good. The exams are manageable for students along with the good training and coaching given.
Fees and Financial Aid
Year 1 .. 290000 Year 2.. 290000 Year 3 .. 290000 Year 4 .. 315000 Year 5.. 315000 In the last two years we are paying an increased amount of fees However several banks like kotak bank etc. Provide scholarships for underprivileged students with a family income less than 2lpa.
Campus Life
The campus life at christ is very much engaging and the law school provides great opportunities for personal and professional development. The law school itself has over 25 student run committees focusing on different fields of law. These committees host national and internal events and competitions thus providing students with different platforms to improve the legal skills. I am part of the alternative dispute resolution committee for the past two years and it has helped me develop a lot both personally and professionally
Admission
Although i got into 3 other colleges my parents were more confident with christ because of the great reputation it holds and because of the wide range of opportunities offered by christ. Christ provides a great platform for learning and development and being located in bangalore opens the door to gain practical experience with top law firms of the country
Faculty
There is continuous assessments that take place throughout the semesters as internals and there is semester exam. The faculty are well qualified and are very good in their work. The assignment work load might seem hectic for most of the time but its manageable and will equip us to deal with deadlines in the future career
Night Life
The locality around college is mainly occupied by christites itself with apartments and pgs and hostels.. so its a safe place to hang out even at night.. there are all sorts of shops and eateries and one can get almost everything u need within a radius of 1 km around the campus..
