Most students go for higher studies in best colleges in India and world. For students focused on research, this university is top choice. In our current batch, most of Student qualified IIT, TIFR, IISC, IISER, ISI for higher studies.
Course Curriculum Overview
Here course is a little bit theoretical but overall good. Students perform well in areas such as research, placement and further studies. Some departments are best in country. My university is itself positioned 3 in India.
Placement Experience
Some departments offers better placement and internship. But it is entirely depends on student whether they are able to grab the opportunities or not. But department is helpful in every ways. The recommendation letter by professor works throughout the country so easy to grab internship.
College Events
Some events are hosted department wise and some institute wise. Most of events are organised by institute only. There are also some events for all institute and and winners of institute events participate in them. Our university also host some workshops and research events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is minimal. Hostel charges are also very few. Only you have to pay for mess fee. As mess charges depends mostly on how you take diet.Some messes charges on daily basis and some on monthly basis.
Fees and Financial Aid
This college is situated in Uttar Pradesh so local students receive UP scholarship. This scholarship provides student with refunds for tuition fees. Here college also provides fee waiver for SC/ST candidate.
Campus Life
Labs are awesome. Most of the labs are sponsored by DST. Students participate in extra curricular activities such as dance, music, literary etc. Many students also participate in sports. Each institute has it's own playground and a big stadium is their for university.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are awesome. We are provided room with two student. We have high speed internet access in hostel. There is a sports complex in hostel and it has two badminton court and one volleyball court.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni are spread all over country and some are at renowned positioned. They are helpful for internship and job. Some alumnus are among directors of best colleges in country like IIT, NIT,CSIR. Some are at peak in their field.
Admission
I took entrance and then attend counseling. After that I was allotted a seat. You need to pay online for the admission fee. There are a lot of course available in bachelor degree. But one must find interest and then decide their preferences.
Faculty
Faculties here are well qualified and most of them are Phd from IIT. Their teaching style is awesome. Some professor have their degree from foreign too. It must be said that a few are little bit theoretical. They focus less on practical approach.
