Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum is pretty good. All the syllabus of the courses was followed as previously. As syllabus are same so students have benefit here. I personally suggest to improve the teaching methods, professor's are really slow in completion of syllabus. Exams were conducted in a morning and noon shift, pretty comfortable.

Internships Opportunities

5

Tech companies like microsoft adobe google etc Non tech companies like tcs goldman etc Core companies like maruti honda etc All companies offered good stipend. Avg. Stipend is 25k approx and highest is 200k.

Placement Experience

5

Placement is very good. Recently mant companies like microsoft, adobe, google the big MNC are recruiting the freshers. Students are eligible after 6th semester. After 4th semester you are eligible for internship too. This year placement percentage is low due to the national problems like war and all so many companies didn't visit yet. Overall placement is decent. I'm not sure but how much I know this is 60 lpa is highest package offered

Fees and Financial Aid

1. There is really great fees structure but every year according to your course your fees will increase like in first year I paid 2.19 lakhs in 2nd yr I paid 2.29 in 3rd yr I paid 2.36 now in 4th yr maybe I should pay 2.49 (maybe vary according to new scheme). 2. Our college provide scholarships depending on eligibility (100% to 25%). 3. There is no fees relaxation in categories but you can apply for scholarships. 4. Scholarships is based on financial aid.

Campus Life

5

Campus is outstanding with lot of clubs, society, students enrollment, competition, technical fest, cultural fest everything is mind blowing. If you join DTU you don't gonna miss any college life. It's pretty adorable

Admission

I am a JEE 2022 candidate. so my motive is IIT or NIT. But I'm from Delhi so I prefer comfort and DTU is the one of the best engineering college in india after IIT & NIT so I prefer go there. It has better success rate, placement, curriculum, etc rather than other colleges. Also , DTU is govt. College so I personally prefer this. Addmission is based on JAC Delhi and jee mains scorecard.

Faculty

3

Faculties are really good and understanding. They cordinate with students easily, there are few strict professor too. Marking scheme is pretty good. There is not such a professor whom I dislike but yeah there are few professor who are aged and sometimes mischeck exam sheets. Exams are conducted on moderate basis , Pyq's are majorly helpful.

Night Life

5

Most hangout place in college is OAT( Open Air theatre). From OAT you can see whole campus. Also, Pragya bhavan sitting area is also good place for play games like uno , ludo ,etc. We have indoor and outdoor gyms, a lot of cafeterias and a large quantity of book collection library. Yeah DTU is safe in night female and male gaurds are too good and friendly.

Placement Experience:

The fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The College organise placement, registration and shortlisting based on academic performance and semester marks. Many well-known companies visit the campus for hiring every year, including both mass recruitment and profile based offers students get opportunities in core companies as well as IT and consulting firms, the highest package offered in recent years has been competitive, and the average package is decent for most . A good percentage of students manage to secure placement through campus drives, but it also depends on students preparation and skill level students also get internships into placement offers. If a student does not get a campus placement, there are still good options for employability students to prepare for off campus placement, government exams or higher studies like Masters. Overall the placement environment is active and give students affair chance to start their careers.
