Likes

the campus is green and full of trees. it is environmental friendly.
the campus is ragging free. if anyone is found indulged in such activities, there is action against them.
the infrastructure is good . its clean and well built.

Dislikes

no proper maintenance is there. one lift is always not working
way of teaching of some teachers is not good.
no proper area for yhe students to sit in their free time

Course Curriculum Overview

i feel the syllabus is not well structured. there are few subjects which should be taught before the others to build the base. and there are some subjects which have no relevance to the subject. they just act as a burden

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 190000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

course fees including all the tuition and development fees is 95k per semester. with additional 5k as examination fee. so total per sem fee is 1 lakh from 2nd sem to 8th sem . whereas for 1st sem , the total fee is 1 lakh 18 thousand rupees.

Campus Life

the campus life is good. it would have been really better if the time table was structured properly and there would have been enough space for students to sit while they are free. there are many clubs etc

Admission

i chose this college because it was not so far from my house. it saved me from hours of hectic travelling to and fro college everyday. tho its not better than the other colleges. i still kinda regret why i chose this cuz of distance m

Faculty

there are total 3 examinations per semester. these are : 1st sessional, 2nd sessional and then end semester exam. the weightage for sessionals is 15 marks each. and end sem is of 60 marks per subject.

Night Life

some good hangout spots in college are: chachu's tea point, classic cafe, majidia canteen, cafe cozy, amul shop, hamdard refreshing zone, pharmacy canteen , etc. the library is open late and there are various books available for every course.

Got more than expected

Placement Experience:

Don't expect much from this college in terms of placement if you want to secure high paying job . No doubt companies do come for placement per does not offer much. And the companies that offer good package hoghers only 2-3 students . Recently i heard that Hiitachi came with only 4 vacancies and the applicants are above 150. you are eligible for the un campus placements from 4th year and the highest till now is around 16 lpa .

Placement Experience:

Placement offers are not that good, like if you're pursuing other courses than btech so the placement is good but in btech, tech companies don't come that often, so you have to develop your skills during your academics and apply offline for job.

My honest review about Delhi technical campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Currently what a job require and what we are being taught in the college, totally different. We have to study separately for preparing job because in our course curriculum, importance skills aren't taught and the frequency of exam throughout the year is too much. We don't get enough time for preparing jobs. We need less frequency of exams throughout the year so that we can prepare for a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

industry relevent topics like ai , python , oops, numpy ,pandas, sql , etc with balance with theory and also with maths good for job readliness in tech role because of sql , pandas and machine learnig like laguages in collage teachers are still using old studioes for programming they are not switching to vs studio and jupyter notebook like studios papers are moderate but they are too frequent like 2 mid tearm with externam practical and then end term and center of exams some time placed at very far place which is not good

DTU- a glimpse

Placement Experience:

The campus placements starts from the beginning of the 7th semester. The stats of the top-branches is quite good, more the 80 percent students who applied for the placements get offers. The major tech-companies like Google, Microsoft ,Amazon, Uber,SalesForces,Meesho etc visits for the campus placement. The highest package offered till now is 1.84CR by the amazon ireland, the avg package of the tech branches lies between 18-20lpa. overall 75-85 students get placed.

I applied in jamia millia islamia and jamia hamdard University both are good in terms of infrastructure. Mt first priority was always jmi but due to strict paper pattern which they conduct for their almost all courses, I didn't get selected for their course, but then I got admission in jamia hamdard University because the process of entering this college is literally easy and simple as compared to others because they do not take any exams for any of their course which is good for almost every student. Life at Jamia Hamdard University as a Pharmacy student

I got confirmed in one of the colleges of GGSIPU which was not so good for pharmacy and the location was also not ideal. Things to know about Jamia hamdard M Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

The university follows proper admission prodecure. The admission is purely based on merit in entrance exam . For M Pharm the eligibility was gpat exam qualified candidates with atleast 50% marks in bachelor. The application forms were available at jamia hamdard website from mid march to end of july. Online and offline counseling was done and admission was based on merit in gpat. The university has reservation for muslim minority , handicapped, obc, ews and internal candidates. The cutoff was 80 percentile in gpat examination. The application admission process smooth but the process began very late due to which the semester got very delayed.
