Course Curriculum Overview
i've always had a passion for literature and it's musings so i guess english has always been close to home and my intellect. The curriculum makes me well known to the real world. There aren't any necessary improvements as per my perspective. The level of difficulty is moderate except it prepares every student to get out of one's comfort zone
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly i get to pay 35000 annually and registration fee is 900 per semester for all castes. My friends have similar payment procedure.I couldn't apply for any scholarship because i'm q dropper student.
Campus Life
my college is big on fests and events from teachers day to college week and prom as well. There are many clubs such as drama,book,singing and other literary clubs built to enhance holistic development of the students.
Admission
I also applied to st.anthony's in shillong but however couldn't get in with my preferred subject. the admission process of my college was non-merit. There are no specific cut offs or exams held generally which makes it easier for students to opt for my course there.
Faculty
the faculty is always very approachable towards the students needs and according to me the best faculty is my very own department i.e english. The faculties i don't like is probably economics. There are a total of two exams held every semester.
Interview Experience
I just discussed about the fee structure with my friends who were already studying there. When I went for the admission to the college I was just asked about why I want to pursue the course. Am I really passionate about it so and so.
Night Life
There is one huge cafeterias and a library with an inbuilt gym with parking lots as well and a huge campus.There are two girls hostels in total and army cantonment park and sports complex adds up to the famous hangout places for the girls.
