Pachhunga University College, It is the eldest and a premier college in the whole state of Mizoram, India it is one of the most priority choices of institution among the students and their parents from last few years. Best College Ever I recommended for everyone who are looking for college in North East

Dislikes

I dislike the batchmate who try bullying the lower class
I don’t have much to talk about dislike because they look after the college nicely.
There is not much holiday compare to other college

I apply only this college because i aim to get in this college since class 10 and try my best to go to this colleay and luckily i got confirmed. I choose this college because it is not just a college, college cum univesity. We follow central university and they always have the best results in Mizoram.I like their guidance so much.They have a large and beautiful campus.I didn't het rejected from any other college because i trust my in what i try and try my best to get in this college and didn't apply to other college.After we get confirmed we are meeting the principal to get admission talking about our family does we have any problems in money or any other things after that we get admission.The students who have attended 70% class can face exam.

The thing I don't like is that it has a little bit of food problem in the local area

I apply for two colleges PUC and LGC at first i took test at puc and i thought I will not get seat in puc so i apply for LGC (lunglei government college) and I got seat there also but i didn't go there because this college is far more better Than LGC the admission process in this college is at first they took PUCET test and they put reserve seat for CUET students

I applied to St. Edmunds College and St. Anthony’s College other than my College. I got seats in all the colleges I applied to, but I chose my college because it is ranked number 1 among other NE colleges. The admission process was done through Online Mode since it was during Covid Period, but I went there to pick up the admission receipt. We were selected based on our Class 12 Board Results.

life in PUC

Likes

the library which have countless books and resources
the sport complex which have all the necessary grounds

Admission:

i choose this college over the oter colleges because it is the best in the state and in the region. also it is very near to me so i can save money and time on transportation. as for the other colleges i applied for 3 colleges and fot accepted by all. the admission process is firstly there is an entrace test and the marks we got on the boards also have a weight. the entrance marks weights 75% and our board marks 25%

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really nice as it is the biggest in mizoram and the college is covered with forest and green aroun 70% of it.

Dislikes

The college area is big and wide so it is exhausting to go around the college with foot
The college is under construction so it is always very dusty outside the classroom and near places where construction work is done

Admission:

This is the only college i applied, i Didnt apply to any other college. The college held entrance examinations which we could prepare ourselves from the 11th and 12th grade textbooks that we studied in our higher secondary school. In the admission form we could chose the course that we want to give examinations to. And they will create a time table for the entrance exam

The Life at Pachunga University College

Admission:

I applied to this college because it was closest to my home and it ranked 35th in all of India in NIRF that is the only reason I applied to this and didn't even tried to apply to other colleges.The admission process is either through CUET or PUCET in PUCET we gave the exam for the specific subject that we want as major and it is 70% from PUCET exam and 30% from board we can give two major at most

I really like the building , the place, the library and most importantly there are many trees in our college and i really like it. It is very wide and most importantly for introvert people there are many quite place to go and relieve themselves .

Dislikes

There are many activities and clubs they take so much of our time . This really disapoint me .And wha I really dislike is that the college library bathroom is very dirty .they didn't clean it like for months, and the college lack water too.

Admission:

PUC is the best college in the northeast so it is like achievement for me to get into it. I apply zirtiri college but that was very far from our house and when I know that I got selected from puc I was very happy . We have to do admission at the administrative block . There is no cutoff marks but we have written exam in which the course we choose .And the top 30-40 student who did well in the written exam got selected , it is pucet exam . The admission fee is about 6000 .and we have to do admission at the exact date they told us to do.

I like most about puc is the greenery of the campus
There is a large parking area for each departments

Pachhunga university college is one pf the best college in north east in my opinion.I applied to the hrangbana college in aizawl but due to there limited facilities i choose pachhunga university college

My college and hostel in Mizoram

Admission:

I applied for zirtiri residencial science college which i get direct admission. I didn't get rejected by any other college since there is only two science college in aizawl . I choose this over that college because it is among the best colleges in North East India and is better in facilities and teaching from my research. As I've said the fee structure is cheaper and to get admission we need to have written exam to get accepted. There is no cutoff marks and the best students to score highest are selected.

Its the best college in our state thats why i choose it it the fist option for me and im lucky that i got direct admission and did not face any problem like rejection and all its my first choice and i did not apply in any other college
