- classes are always held on time with a punctual routine
- teachers are strict and sincere and provide materials
- food of the canteen is very delicious of it's kind
Dislikes
- due to the non-availability of co-ed since it's an all girls college
- canteen's food can add a variety of other delicacies
- inclusivity of every gender being a all girls college
Course Curriculum Overview:
i've always had a passion for literature and it's musings so i guess english has always been close to home and my intellect. The curriculum makes me well known to the real world. There aren't any necessary improvements as per my perspective. The level of difficulty is moderate except it prepares every student to get out of one's comfort zone

- Teacher are good and other faculty members also very friendly and helpful us in every situation this is the best when we face some problems
- Environment of the college campus is also so cool and we will get the library also and 24hr wifi facility
- We willing get canteen and coffee corner inside the campus and sports complex, gym thats great
Dislikes
- I expect about less fees in this college compare to other but because of nep our fees is higher than expected
- At first this is only girls college so I came here and now it turns to be co edu
- Gym in our college is little small and we can't get admission because of many people were applied
Course Curriculum Overview:
About curriculum activities we get is about giving presentation, we get a chance to learn how to express our thoughts and then from these we have a chance to learn how to overcome our stage fear and we get to go to other schools, college, and villages to help or to give awareness program this helps us in meeting new peoples, management everything. We also get to join nss, ncc, red cross as a voluntery course this will help us in shaping our featured. I joined ncc because this will help me in maintain a disciple, time management and respect etc
When it comes to exam you will get lots of time so do not worry about the exam and all the curriculum activities we get also help us in exam ,

- The teachers are very good and their way how they teach
- The labs are good but they should change the computers
- Some of the teachers the very good they are supporting

- Some of the teachers favour the local students
- The facilities are not that good according to the fees
- The computers are very slow in the labs they should change it
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is very good and it is a very job oriented course in this century where everything is going online and slowly artificial intelligence is taking everything in it's control we are very much dependent on AI

- The school has a large no of trees and plants
- The principal is very sweet and kind towards the students
- Sports facilities for the students are very well

- Routines are changed many times ,which makes trouble
- Some khasi people tries to dominate us intentionally
- Some teaching staff doesn’t know how to teach
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose sociology to learn and know the importance of society
Well the curriculum prepares me to know about the science of society
Teachers should teach practically also rather than only teaching theories

- The college is excellent. It has new education policy.
- Every department of the college focuses on imbibing the students with socio- cultural and environmental teachings.
- During the current academic session the college conduct the following tests for all classes for assessment.
Dislikes
- The quality of infrastructure is little poor.
- The fees of everything taken by the college is little too much.
- The building is old and the class room are confusing
Course Curriculum Overview:
History as always been my passion and I heard that the history teach very well which make mw choose this course. The curriculum prepares me very well and excellent. Exam is done once as final exam but test is done during academic session.

- I like the teachers, they provide us notes , environment is friendly there's two canteens and one cofee shop which is affordable, the seniors are really great , we get to celebrate college week too.
- Actually our college is a girls college but starting from this year 2024 there's has been boys too
- The securities are friendly there's college hostel too
Dislikes
- Hostel facilities are not that good like the water shortage and rooms are abit small
- There's no charging point inside the dormitory and There's two charging point for one room outside the dormitory
- The mess is good but you won't get for the second serve and visitors are not allowed to enter the hostel
Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to go for UPSC exams so this is one of the main reason that i chosed political science another reason is that the teachers provides notes and teaches very well there's PowerPoint classes too and sometimes for the additional subjects we'll have to perform practicals too like giving speech

- The placement given after the completion of the course
- Giving the pre- experience opportunity before opting for our career that is internship
- The facility provided to the students especially BTTM course
Dislikes
- Not enough facility as well as the compound.
- Not enough outdoor activities for the students
- Not much of opportunities or placement to the students
Placement Experience:
Since I'm still in 5th semester i have not visited any companies or no offers have been made to me but on the 7th semester we have the freedom to choose any company we want for our internship and we have to apply for it and if they like our work during the internship they offer us jobs after the completion of graduation.
My plans after degree is to go for event management planning if it's God will.

- Entrepreneurship events and cultural events and extra activities

- The infrastructure could be better like campus
- Need to maintain washroom and canteen thoroughly
- Non teaching staff some of them are rude

The course curriculum is highly relevant and cmprehensive blending theoretical knowledge with oractical application it prepares students for well industry roles adding more skill based learning and elected

- The faculty management is very supportive. They provide mentoring class for the students And guide us
- Principal sir is very kind and helpful and give motivation
- We always enjoy the feild trip and they take proper care of all the students and make us experience the best out of it
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college could be more better
- The campus is big compare to some other colleges in Shillong but it’s still small
- Canteen and washroom need to be cleaned properly
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum at lady keane college is well structured, offering a blend theoretical knowledge and practical application, which influenced my decision to choose this course. It prepares students for both real world careers and further academic pursuits. However the curriculum could improve by incorporating more interdisciplinary electives and skill based learning alongside modernising teaching methods to include interactive approaches and digital resources. The exam frequency and timing are reasonable with a fair difficulty level

- The hostel is also good with good infrastructure
Dislikes
- The lady keane hostel mess food can be improved both quality and quantity wise
- The college timing- the classes starts quite early as it's in a cold place it'll be better if it was a little late.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Choosing the course is upto the different individuals, every course has its own value. The course curriculum and teaching methods are good, we had different course related programs as well as some interactive sessions
