The school has a large no of trees and plants
The principal is very sweet and kind towards the students
Sports facilities for the students are very well

I choose sociology to learn and know the importance of society Well the curriculum prepares me to know about the science of society Teachers should teach practically also rather than only teaching theories

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 10850 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I will have to pay 10850 for each semester Registration fees 4000,tuition fees 4000 Bttm students have to pay 30000+for each semester There is no financial aid available for students like merit cum need

Campus Life

College week is celebrated in every year in college There are projectors and blackboards in most of the classrooms Sports like Basketball and badminton are offered mainly in the campus The SC,GC and the NCC

Actually I gave CUET but due to the delay of result I chose to take admission in different college Yes I got rejections from college here in Shillong because of my average percentage secured in my boards There was two method online/offline for admission

Faculty

Students here are from different tribes and cultures teachers here sometimes compares the students who are poor in studies with the toppers which makes the environment negative The question paper is affiliated with NEHU

Is UCC good?

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was not my actual mind to opt my major which is history, since it was hard to find open colleges late I had to adjust to it. It might be better since I had a habit of remembering things that are upto no use in the present or maybe better for securing jobs as it is quite in needy in these aspects. It's still not very clear in my part but it partially taught us the basics It gives us 3 hours of time per paper and it's not very different or very hard because it has been always the same pattern along with the portions

What a guy a student said about St. Anthony’s college.

Placement Experience:

The students in there end sems which means the 6th are eligible for the campus placements. I am not sure about the companies that visited exactly but i know that those were some companies with good status level. My plans after getting the degree is that i pursure music as my career as an artist.

ST ANTHONY’s COLLEGE SHILLONG

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quite vast. But it only consisted of three subjects for my batch before NEP. We only have Western music, Hindustani classical music and regional music. But courses with NEP has a lot. And not just focuses on music but extras too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The way they prepare the question is the main reason for me to choose this college. They really provide not only bookish knowledge but also how to deal with the real world. The examination that they conduct are very reasonable because they give us the amount of time that a normal students need to be prepared for an examination. So I think it's quite reasonable and nice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In UCC, earlier my brother and sister also studied and i could not make in Anthony's and Edmund's, so I choose this college. The allocation of college is one the best I have seen so far. It is best for those who want to be something in life because the college is little bit far from the main town and the local near this college also not allow any consumption of alcohol, drug, weed etc in the village. They even not allowed to sell them. I like this college as it is. So I don't want to comment on the improvements. The timing odlf exams is similar with other colleges, 3 hours.

Union Christian College in-depth review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i wanted to study geography and to know about it and i had to choose this institution because in Tripura there was no good college which provide BA geography honours so i had to move to Meghalaya...it is fun to study during 5-6th semester where we have to do field study with different instruments the are so amazing and in 6th semester they take us to trekking but unfortunate we were not taken because of exams ....the Nehu exams are so hard

NEHU syllabus is quite good I should say, especially with the introduction of the NEP(New Education Policy) Well regarding the curriculum, I would say the teachers play and important part regarding that situation. However, exams or tests are becoming quite a headache for the students compared to the duration of our courses
