Remarks

As per me, this is the university where everything is very open and clear where it is the course curriculum or exam pattern or the fee structure so its all positive about the university.

Course Curriculum Overview

MCom is 2 years degree course and can be pursued after doing BCom. The course provided by the DDE, Dibrugarh University is a very elaborative course which could be in Assamese, Economics, and Education.

College Events

Fit India movement at Dibrugarh University, Seventy Third Independence Day Celebrated, Awareness cum Interaction Program on “National Pension System” are being celebrated this year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the MCom is nominal as the university provides all the study material to the students. The fee structure for the first year is Rs. 6300 and for the second year, it is around 6000 rupees.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship for students who pursuing distance education and according to the fee structure, there is no need for scholarship or any loan.

Alumni of the college can be found and contacted through social media. By the way, I only contacted them when I was looking for admission and was confused between different colleges.

For admission to DDE, Dibrugarh University, one should have qualified Graduation in the relevant stream in which the person wants to pursue his Masters as I did my BCom so I applied for MCom.

The college is worth your time you will not regret being a part of Tezpur University. In our batch, 90 % of students got placement why 90% because few of them went for higher studies. Placement Experience:

There are Amazon, Flipkart, and federal bank placements at GU, and also department under the government takes part, students from the 3rd semester can join placements. A very low number of students get placements and also most of them have different fields they want to explore so.

Admission:

For UG admissions, marks in the higher secondary assessment will be contemplated. For PG courses, evaluation and selection are on the basis of merit in Graduation score. Circumstances for different courses are accepted in online procedure. Learners must correlate in online mode only after substantiating eligibility as designated by the University.

The administrative process or work of the University is very slow. Results are not declared in time. It take sometimes 6 months to declare result. The university is located at ideal location. Bus service is not sufficient, more number of buses needed.
