Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum was well designed and in such a way that it won't burden students, the exam had both objective as well as subjective questions. Tests are held regularly. Big companies come for recruitment.

Placement Experience

4.5

There are good opportunities for placements and job opportunities because big companies just as Infosys come for internship. It's great if one could get chance to be one of them, I also got opportunity to be part of one of them.

College Events

4.5

There are student elections, and many social events are organied in the college, it is a great experience to be part of them. For example, Phoenix one of the technical-cultural event is one of the most waited event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasilble. It depends from person to person and to the course is opted, it is quite less than other good colleges, so I feel that fee structure is feasible, it can be paid in installments as in most of the colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is registered at National Scholarship Portal, one can avail it by various scholarship programmes, sometime many get relaxation in fees due to quotas. So, yes it makes easy for one to be part of this college.

Campus Life

3.5

The school has computer labs, big grounds for sports, and various other activities. The school encourage sports on a large scale and also send it's team for various competition, here one can carry both academics and sports together.

Hostel Facilities

5

If one wants to live in hostel, then there are many hostels available nearly like in sector 32, 33, 46 at quite affordable rate. The hostels are quite good but their infrastructure may not be very good and many times student would have to arrange for food themselves.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, seniour students are quite helpful, they help us to tackle and expain how to tackle various problems we may suffer as it is quite tough to transit from school to college, many times they also provide various study material we might need.

Admission

I was selected because of merit list. Candidates could fill centralised or non-centralised list online. The application form was available separately. Then I made the fees online,Because I scored good marks I was allowed to take what I desired for.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are well experienced, they are student friendly and they often allow us to have extra classes with them to clear our doubts. They are well trained and their style of teaching is commendable.

Students from 4rth year are eligible for placement. Pgi provide job for it's own students. Bond system is here. Students can apply for foreign jobs as pgi provide their degree and a sheet with completed number of hours as in clinical we need 100% attendance. Students who don't want to work in pgi can go to different hospitals as pgi is a recognized university they will get job easily. 80% students get job in pgi. As many new blocks are building here for future, they will require large amount of nursing officers so they will give job to their own university students. Some senior got their job with a high amount as salary with health benefits, hostel allowanc, travel allowance, and tax is included. Working hour are less here, people can switch there shifts with there workmates as per there convince. My plan is to work here as a nursing officer and do my master degree from pgi itself.
