- campus is too good like so peaceful to study and area is also really nice . so many trees in campus so environment is also good. best for engineering people to study.
- faculties are really educated and nice to students especially ec department
- girl's hostel facilities are also good. they are really caring for women specially.girl's parents do not have to worry about their child being away from them.
Dislikes
- because of so much greenary sometimes in monsoon it is difficult in campus
- too strict in campus, they do not allow people without helmet enter the college
- hostel guards do not allow hostellers' mothers to enter sometimes.
Course Curriculum Overview
As we all know that semiconductors are very useful and our country india is increasing the development of chips of semiconductor in india so this cource will help me to build a good future.and i am interested in hardwares so that is why I selected Ec engineering. the cource has nicely scheduled subject in ascending order to learn that helps us in learning the cource completely from the base. i think timing of exam is okay 70% of students complete their exams on time whether it is little bit difficult.
Internships Opportunities
internship oppurtunities are offered to 85% of the students. projects like marketing campaign data analysis content creation etc we gained hands on experience in marketing stratergy of the product we create developed data analysis and interpretation skills using AI tools.
Placement Experience
-placements are good . from 5th semester studets become eligible for camus placements so many companies like einfochip L&T pvt ltd nirma tata etc. highest package in my course was 21 lakh per year. and average package is 4 to 5 lakh per year . approx 30% students get placements from applied students
Fees and Financial Aid
the year wise fees are 1700 like 2 semesters in a year so 850 rupees each semester for female , addmission fees were 0 rupees. lab, caution ,tuition, development all these fees are included in term fee mentioned 1700 rupees. everyone has to pay same amount of fees i have no scholarsghip but there are some like pragati,NySy etc
Campus Life
my overall experience is really great campus life is good , we ce3lebrate ganesh chaturthi, navratri some college days , independence day, republic day etc i think every book related to courses are available in the library plus other journals are also available. the facilities of classroom are okay like fan , lights , projecters , computers , lab equipments all work for sports ans extra curiculler activities there are events like , vishwacup and vishwasanskruti in vgec there are so many socially active groups and clubs like NSS drama club mission english IEEE bachpan NGO etc,.
Hostel Facilities
as paying only 2530 rupees a year , facilities that are given to hostellers is really good. i think 2530 rupees per year is affordable for all the students with or wiyhout scholarships i dont have good reveiws with mess food locality is good onr room is alloted to 3 girls with 3 beds 2 tubelights 1 gallery 3 cupboards 3 study tables and 2 fans.
Admission
this college's campus is really great . i am talking about environment area buildings roads development hostels and block structure. no i did not get any rejection because I applied only in VGEC i got this college From mock round result of ACPC VGEC is GTU under college, for addmission students has to fill the ACPC form after few days they allote us a rank number that help colleges to make their merits and by the merits we get addmission in VGEC. exams like gujrat board cbse gujcet JEE MAIN are accepted. most preffered exams by students are gujarat boards cbse and gujcet.
Faculty
faculties are really educated. they help us(students) in various projects. they help us in our doubts. in EC dept. most probably all the faculties are approachable. In teaching, i think Gaurav asari sir, amit agrawal sir, shreeji ma'am,naveen ghaneshan sir and jayesh diwan sir are really good because i have learnt for 1 sem from them. there are 2 exams each semester: one is mid term exam conducted by college , that is internal of 30 marks written exam. second is GTU exam that is external exam of 70 marks. not too difficult to get average marks. some students fail approx 5-6
Night Life
for girls hostel timings are opens at 7.00 am in the morning at gate closes at 8.30pm at night. for boys closing time is 10.00pm. after the closing time no girl or boy is allowed in respective hostel. if they have any conditions they need to talk to warden for the late permission we have to sign a night register as being present in the hostel after gare closing if we want to leave the hostel for 1 night or more than 1 night we need to take opriior permission of our warden madam no men is allowed in girl's hostel except plumber, electrician etc Our college has a best place to chill and friend place called GYMKHANA there is a cafeteria also
