Course Curriculum Overview

4

I'd rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The curriculum effectively covers key topics and skills required in the industry, with practical examples and case studies making it relevant to real-world scenarios. Strengths: - Aligns with industry needs - Covers a wide range of topics - Includes practical applications Weaknesses: - Some areas may be outdated - Limited depth in niche topics - Emerging trends not fully addressed To improve, I suggest: - Regular updates to stay current - More practical applications and projects - Guest lectures and industry partnerships for diverse perspectives and networking Overall, the curriculum provides a solid foundation, but some refinement is needed to ensure it remains relevant and comprehensive. With updates and enhancements, the curriculum can better prepare students for success in their chosen field.

Internships Opportunities

3

Good internship opportunities are provided by the college and good support is given by the college for the students doing internship. You have to do internship after third year it is compulsory and in any year you can do internship there no restriction for that.

Placement Experience

3

After completing your third year you can do internship or jobs but you require permission for the head of department and college provides campus placement and if not provided then also we have gained proper knowledge so that we can apply off campus also

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college for general category is 142000Rs and exam fees is upto 3500 Rs and if opted for any additional courses then fees is 1000Rs per course. For OBC it is upto 80000 Rs and sc/st 25000 Rs.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is not much exciting. One cultural event is organised every year known as Swartarang but every year the theme or the concept is same so it gets boring and sports are also not that developed

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel is good and kept clean. Cleaning is done on regular basis and good ventilated rooms are there but message Food is not that good and the charges are also very high. And permission for entry and exit in hostel is till 10 pm afterthat you have to call at your home for the permission

Admission

I wanted to do mechanical engineering so from various surveys done by my side this was the best college for mechanical engineering and college is also strict for studies and more focused on studies only

Faculty

3

The exam scheme is 40-60 i.e 40 marks internal and 60 marks end term examination. For 40 marks they conduct internal exams or you have to do the required task as per the teacher. And there are practical exams also.

Night Life

1

There is no nightlife in our college. After 10 pm you have to be outside the campus and for girls the timing is 9 pm and if you are in any collegiate clubs then you can get permission till 12 pm after that there is no permission

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes the curriculum is 50-50 where it is relevant as some point and it slightly turns irrelevant at some point but which is fine Some subjects like DSA and FDS are important and the fundamentals of computer stream But the m3 subject is just not needs according to me which makes it tough to understand so many subjects at some point We have 5 subjects per semester The curriculum helps to improve us in many ways where they teach us the relevant languages and makes us industry ready The improvement should be in the AI sector as it is the ongoing trend which might help everyone to improve their self The frequency of exams is ok if considered As the insem is around a month after the semester starts and the endsem is around 2 or 2.5 months after the insem That depends

Placement Experience:

The college has good placement offers and internships which helps students to get placed in good companies but sometimes they get less placement, the placement fro civil department has more numbers than any other department as the college owner is a builder , the college has higher placement jobs in it sector and technical sector too , the other non technical sector for placement are sales and marketing jobs which also offered in this college by the traning and placement team , the college has a department of training and placement.
