My college review

All in all our college is a nice place especially the greenery out here is soothing. Roaming in campus streets in the evening & especially at night feels very good. Sitting on top of open air theatre is also an awesome experience in itself.

Our course curriculum was not so well versed and was more theoretical based with very less practical knowledge but recently the curriculum has totally been changed nd now students are given more of practical knowledge & also their 6th semester is totally for internships. Exam structure is medium level with half of the questions from previous year papers.

In our curriculum providing internship was not the responsibility of college. But from now on as 6th sem is totally dedicated to internahips so it's become the responsibility of college to provide intern to everyone. Placement opportunities are very good out here almost all the students get placed every year.

Various events are there in our college which are as follows: Techspardha Confluence Talent show Utkarsh Altius All of them are a mixture of technical as well as cultural fests in ehich students get a chance to improve their managerial skills.

Fee structure is feasible and not too expensive. Annually in our curriculum we've to pay 80k excluding the hostel fee. Recently there has been a hike in fee of central universities but students from weaker section can avail for loan & fee concession as well.

The central sector scheme for university students is a good scheme in which top 20 percentile of students are given 10 k per year during their graduation years. Uou have to be in top 20 percentile of respective board to avail this scheme.

Labs are very well out here especially in our department. All new equipments are available & u can even get labs for ur projects. Not only this one can also get the components issued from the labs. Soprts ground is also good in our campus.

Seniors are quite helpful especially when it comes to arranging the previous year question papers & also consulting them regarding the companies visiting the campus. We've a sound alumni association which organises different programs.

I got admission jnto this college by clearing jee mains. According to the rank in this exam different branches are alloted. Home state quota is applicable.In general category ur rank should be atleast below 20k to get admission into any of the branches.

The faculty out here is not so good. The classes are not much interactive. Although many teachers have now taken lessons nd become more friendly. I think they should focus more on project related teaching.
