Remarks
Positive remarks is that the campus is ragging free and seniors are helpful. And the location of the campus is in mid of the city. And negative remarks is that the management staff is not so friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically I am a student of Electrical Engineering. In my opinion the curriculum of this department has a standard of others 'A' listed colleges. But here the students not taking the syllabus seriously. That's why the status of the college is little bit low. Here curriculum is divided in semesters. At the end of the semester there is a final exam is held. And in between the semester there is also two internal exam also be taken by college.
Placement Experience
The placement of the college you can say Average. There is very much opportunity for the students of IT and CSE. But if you are belongs the branch of Mechanical engineering or Civil Engineering then you have to face very much problem for placement. But these branches are evergreen branches because there is very much opportunity with these branches in government sector.
College Events
List of events:- 1) Orientation day celebration for 1st yr students. 2) Foundation day celebration of college 3) various events under NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME. 4) AASHA-an eternal hope ( social and cultural fest ) 5) College annual fest 6) E-fest by enterprenurship cell 7) Robotics competition And many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is average on compare to the other colleges of West Bengal. Semester fee is nearly about 42000 per semester and hostel fee is 27000 per semester. But I suggest that do not take hostel cause of food quality.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a bank in our college campus. You can take loan from this bank. You can also apply loan in other banks. Besides this you can fill up the scholarship forms of state you belong. The amount of stipend depends on your state. Also here if you can take admission in this college by TFW quota. Which reduces your fee very much.

Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of this college is very strong. The pass out seniors are very helpful. They always helps the juniors to get a job by giving the reference on their company. Only thing is that you have to maintain a bonding with the seniors.
Admission
I got admission in this college via counseling of wbjee. Here wbjee stands for West Bengal joint entrance examination. After 12th science anyone can take admission in this college through his rank card of wbjee or jee mains.
Faculty
Since, I am a student of Electrical Engineering. So, I can tell only about my department. In my department all faculties are student friendly and all are highly educated. All the teachers are always ready to help the students for any type of problem.
