Detailed description of DIT University

There are a few subjects that are very relevant to my course that is Btech. But few of them are just to score good and maintain cgpa. According to me there are enough gaps between exams to prepare and the datesheets for the same are given quite early for preparations. The students can also mail the respectives for any change they need in the datesheet.

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Alot of companies like cognizant, accenture, palo alto, juspay, to the new, infosys, etc. Visited our college and all of them withh good packages. The highest package offered till date is 43lpa and average is 6lpa. The students getting placed are the one with a cgpa of more than 7.5. My plan is to take a placement from the college and do a job in the corporate.

The year wise fees that i paid for my course is 300000 without hostel fees. The hostel fees is 120000. For Uttarakhand students there is less fees. They get domicile scholarship. Also students with good 12th percentage get scholarship.

The annual event of DIT University is Youthopia which is usually held in November every year. It is a three day event with a lot of activities, a dj night and a star night. This year Ankit tiwari came for the star night. There is library with alot of books from courses relevant to different interest and genres. Every class has projectors and labs for all subjects. There is an event organized by the college that is sphurti. It is a sports event for all the sports enthusiasts. There are various clubs like LC, personality development club , ACM a chapter. All these clubs are headed by students with a faculty coordinator.

Hostels are the best options to opt for. They are affordable with housekeeping facilities, 4times meal, fruits and milk are given along with it, laundary. The best option to go for. If the choice is for rented flats the rate will ne 25-30k per month which can be divided according to the number of people living. Pgs have a rate of 12-14k.

I only applied to DIT university. I think the location is best and choose this college because i wanted to learn how to live on your own. The placement of the college was very impressive and the fees structure for me was just perfect. The admission process was easy from filling the registration form to finally coming to the college. They were very helpful about the documents they needed. Everything was briefed earlier for us so as to avoid any hassle.

All the faculties are very approachable and polite. Try to build a good relationship with them. There are two exams conducted in our college that is mid term and end term being the final exam. It is medium to dufficult to clear the exams.

Therebis no night life in this college. Strict in times are followed for hostel students and at 7 the college is closed. There are libraries open for hostel students till 9 during exam times. Cafeterias are closed. The hostel has one shop for mucnching. During the day there are many places outside college to sit and hang out l. In college there is a rooftop cafe bigbites with really nice view and ccd is also available in the college.
