Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is pretty relevant to the industry standards and requirements. It does contain workshops and industry visits. So there is hands-on learning opportunities in this college , just don't be average, involve in all the activities and events , hackathons

Internships Opportunities

3

There are pretty good internship opportunities but but but You should not be average Infact you should be a pro within 3rd year Out of thousand students only 10 get it But it is a one lakh per month internship. Many can get the 10k or 20k internship which are available outside as well so not so great in internship i would say

Placement Experience

4

The placement in our college is pretty good But from your side: You don't have backlogs Do some courses Atleast one internship Few projects Learn coding languages Then definitely you will get placed Get involved in all the hackathons and activities even if you don't know anything try again and again you will surely get somewhere at the end

Fees and Financial Aid

No financial aid as i am an general category student, but you can get ssp scholarship from karnataka government of 20,000 for general and upto 70,000 for sc st category students. And also there is NSP scholarship of 12,000

Campus Life

4

The annual fests antaragni and esperanza are pretty nice, and good artists are invited and it's quite fun they are conducted in december and may The library has all the books in the curriculum and are easily available but we don't really study from the textbook The technology provisions would be good labs and equipments There are some sports conducted by clubs but there is no playground so if you want to thrive in sports This is not the college for you There are many students run clubs you can join Media club Dance club Singing club Drama club

Admission

I chose this college primary because of the brand name and also the placement opportunities of the dayananda Sagar institutions, it lives up to its name as the placement opportunities are pretty good. Other colleges i liked were Jssate and Sjbit but i couldn't get CS branches there so opted for this college

Faculty

4

The course structure is pretty good It contains the latest technologies Through workshops from experienced professionals we can learn a lot The faculties are mostly very kind and respective and also give guidance and are always available . The exam system could be a little better as the internals conducted create too much pressure with little time to study, the marking scheme is good. But autonomous students maintain a good relationship with your faculties as they are fully responsible for your marks of exams and assignments.

Night Life

2

There is no nightlife as such in this college the hostel timing is within 9 there are good places to hangout but they all are far away and you need to go to jp nagar there you can find pretty chill places to hangout

The placement in colleges was good but the salary for the core job work was very less, maxing at 23000 at max, but the pay for other job roles was much higher, so getting a job from college was not difficult

Placement is good, every student who tries to get placement will surely be placed in campus placements, but off campus would be difficult as this cllg is a tier-3 cllg, so many companies reject in resume shortlisting. Maximum every CSE student will get placed but max of them would get placed at an offer of 3.5 or 4.5lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.
