it is having very good and supportive faculties
college seniors are also very helpful and hardworking
coding culture is also very good in our college

Dislikes

academically pressure is always there so u have to cope up with it
you have to travel by bus to the main building daily
not having a permanent campus currently but will be having in the future

Course Curriculum Overview

course currculum is at par with the requirement inntodays times in the industry.it is well designed for that purpose especially technology related.it is also revised from time to time to meet market demands. exams are taken 2 times a semester mid sems and end sems

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 90K per semester caution fees is 10K one time fees is 3k other fees per semester is 10.5k (Total institute fees is 1,13500) (hostel fees is 31000) various scholarships are given to category students that will completely waive college fees

Campus Life

campus life is very good here, there are different clubs which you can join and showcase your talents like saaz. here you will get all sorts of basic facilities and comforts and it is very decent in living .

Hostel Facilities

in room we are provded with bed and table,chair and window in every room. mess food is decent in comparison and hostel fees is included in total fees. you can also get rooms neraby if u want so nearby

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

admission process is very simple, you just have to get the desired rank in jee mains then take it in josaa councelling. it has better placements than college of same stature it has better faculties and great academic course better peers and obviously better environment work technology

Faculty

faculties are very helpful here, they are always willing to help you out there is a 1 faculty in every class of 40 to 50 students core branches faculties are excellent we have mid sems and end sems exams mid sems are out of 30 and end sems are out of 50 marks . they are at decent level

Night Life

nightlife is also very good you can get local shops just at a walking distance and a very good environment for a long walk or so. there is a library ad well and campus timing are 10 pm. there are other places to hangout nearby

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is very impressive and improving day by day. The highest Placement for the 2021 batch is 44 lakh per year. The Placement of all branches is very good and about 80% in all branches. The Placement takes place in cse and its branch.

Life in IIT (ISM), Dhanbad

Remarks:

Reason why I preffered this college was that I had applied for a few colleges out of which I got selected in this. To take admission in this college we were supposed to have scored 75% marks ( 65% for SC/ST students) in 12th grade. They admit students to the course on the basis of JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA Counselling. Admission for the course generally starts from July. The admission process is simple. I preffered the online mode where I filled my application in the official website of the institute and attached the required documents. Then I paid the application fee and submitted the form.

My 1st Encounter with the College

Remarks:

Outstanding faculties having a good depth of knowledge.. Well interactive. Ideas and Knowledge is easily projected by them. They follow a stringent standards while conducting experiment, viva-voice in labs. Their teaching style and attitude is good and generally the language of interaction between student and faculty is English. So in a nutshell the faculty is up to the mark and satisfactory.

Choose Future, not Present

I had several other options like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, BITS Pilani etc... Now in all the tier 2 nits i would have got either metallurgy or civil at the best but in BITS Pilani i could've got ENI but the fees there was 33 lkh for all the 4 years so it was not affordable for me. This was the best option keeping in mind my rank, roi and fees. You can get here by applying for jossa or csab after you have given jee mainsa and you will get a seat if you get good rank....Read More
