Remarks

Mangement is good .but college is lacking in building basic infrastructure for sports and extra curricular activities. They must be given prime importance.

Entrance Preview

JCECEB The college gives you an excellent opportunity to pursue BTech with all its facilities at a very meagre or feasible fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Good ...a little bit vast but it gone surely help you in the long run.. Because having a syllabus to the point surely help in increasing SGPA but having a knowledge of fact surely helps you. Here curriculum is diverse where equal importance is given to each and every aspect of the subject concerned ..

Internships Opportunities

Yes, i provide internship , since i am in first year so i do not have much information about it.But i have heard from my seniors they are provided with some internships depending upon their branch and merits to many a company .

Placement Experience

2

Since the college is a newly opened on 2013 so there are very less no . of pass outs but still many a company visits our college for placements like sharda motors, Infosys, BMA, high tech next and many more. With average package ranging from 2-3 lakh p.a. And 7-8 lakh as highest package ever.

College Events

1

There are many events celebrated in our colleges like: 1. Techfest(Navkriti) 2. Cultural fest(Zephr) 3. Fashion shows 4. Tech innovation seminars 5. Celebration of almost all festivals with full zest and zeal. 6. Entrepreneur and startup seminars 7. Branch wise industry exposure programs and internships

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is absolutely feasible. Here you can pursue your engineering just at 20k per year with all facilities. Full wifi campus and 24×7 electricity. What more you need. Your four year college fee expenses would be around 80 thousand. And total fees including hostel and mess charges would be around 40000 p.a that means the total fees including hostel, mess and tuition fees would around 2.4 lakh for four year which is equal to fees of many a private institution for 1 year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there are many scholarship available especially for sc/st obc like e-kalyan from Jharkhand government. Vidyasaarathi scholarship for all candidates. Csse scholarship from cbse and many more

Campus Life

1

Gender ratio is very less..around 10:2 Coming into extra curricular activities and sports, it is not given so much importance here. this is the only field where the college is lacking and need a lot to work on it. So far technical sports like robo war, robotics are concerned they are being showcased in the technical fests (Navkriti)

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facilities are very good. Spacious and well cleaned rooms with attached bathrooms. Good electricity and drinking water facilities. Wifi campuses and hostels. Now moving onto mess. Mess facilities are also very good timely distribution of food with morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleanliness is well maintained and different varieties of food is catered.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes senior are very helpful ..they are always there to help you.The college has a good alumni network who have succeeded with flying colors..

Exam Structure

The exam structure is bit a complicated one . means the initial sessions of the 1st to 2nd year runs very slow as compared to that of the other universities. There are not to much pressure of the labs..you just need to spend two hours in lab , thats it ,after that you can chill out

Admission

I got the admission in this college by Jceceb. You have to come through the normal counselling process of jceceb at ranchi where you will be have option to select this college on the basis of your rank.. There will be online allotment of seats which will be going live

Faculty

2.5

Outstanding faculties having a good depth of knowledge.. Well interactive. Ideas and Knowledge is easily projected by them. They follow a stringent standards while conducting experiment, viva-voice in labs. Their teaching style and attitude is good and generally the language of interaction between student and faculty is English. So in a nutshell the faculty is up to the mark and satisfactory.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 5th semester. Top companies such as Tata Hitachi, Tata Steel, Aditya Birla Group, and Wipro visit the campus to recruit students. The highest package offered by companies in campus placement is Rs 12LPA, and the average package by companies in campus placement is Rs 6LPA. About 65% of students got a placement through campus. I'm planning to join DRDO after completing my degree.

Remarks:

Reason why I preffered this college was that I had applied for a few colleges out of which I got selected in this. To take admission in this college we were supposed to have scored 75% marks ( 65% for SC/ST students) in 12th grade. They admit students to the course on the basis of JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA Counselling. Admission for the course generally starts from July. The admission process is simple. I preffered the online mode where I filled my application in the official website of the institute and attached the required documents. Then I paid the application fee and submitted the form.
