College infrastructure i like the most and the teaching faculty i like the college also have a canteen and hich also i guess i can say i like basically you can consider it as a good college only you can go for it if you arr searching for a decent cll
Good college have their own field too and parking also
Teaching faculty is nice and very friendly

Dislikes

Surrounding is not that good people’s mentality is cheap
No extra curricular activities are performed
College is not that hygienic it should be hygienic

Exam are usually shedule over short period of time like wise in month and exam the golloe the full guidance and restrictions they don't provide any element to the students it is a good thing if we consider so

College is good but the environment is not that good all are chapri people out there Teaching stuff is also not that bad college infrastructure is also quite good College have their canteen too College is too strict

My overall experience in the college is you can consider it as a decent overall I enjoyed my college journey and off course you will also enjoy your college journey campus is also good so it is manageable

For applying in this college it is very simple process you can collect the form from the office of the college which is situated in the ground floor of the college and fill up the form with correct details

Faculty

Teaching faculty is well good and enough if you just consider for studies it can be a good option for you but extra co curriculum activities are not much participated here may be their main focus is studies

Night Life

The nightlife of the campus is pretty good you can enjoy like you can have lots of food as there are many tapris around the college many fasr food seat in night life so you can enjoy a lot of things beside studies

Journey at NLUJAA

Placement Experience:

From the 5th year students become eligible for placement even many got PPO before completion of course. Khaitan & CO once visited in the campus , highest package is not disclosed , average can be 800000 per year . This year many got PPO . My plan after graduation to do LLM and prepare for higher level exams .

as the batch size is very less ( 60 students) most of the students opt for higher studies and judicial services and very few students go for placements and internships. the univerity call some law firms but very few come due to location. but students get paced by their own hardwork.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Just lecture, ppt presentation maths (math is mean what the.), give notes from internet. Science department is good. But for others just see another college otherwise you'll regret. Drastic improvement is need. I don't like it at all. I'll say it is mid. It is ok as i said before.

An honest confession

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in this field as it's a very interesting field as we get to know a lot of different cases and problems which are shut down from our daily life. However in my course of time , the curriculum that we have is not helping us to be prepared for our future practice as the faculty members don't have great knowledge of what they are teaching as well as we are not provided with any specific notes. We are not even given assignments which will make us active more.

My academic experience at University Law College, Gauhati University

Before enrolling myself in ULC, GU it tried to get in to Facuty of Law, Delhi University but because of lack of preparation time as I decided to get myself into studying law very late, I could't clear that particular exam and then to seek for other options I found ULC which has a very rich history of a great alumni base including esteemed Jurists and Lawyers around the country. The admission process includes an examination of 100 marks coducted by Gauhati University which tests students knowledge in various aspects including General Knowlege, English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning. The cut off for general category students ranges from around 20 to 30 based on the result of other students. I got through this exam scoring 56 with a rank of 5.
