Placement approximately 70-80% of eligible students secure placements The average salary is around 4-6 lakhs per annum Highest salary can go up to 10-12 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee per year is 50000 The hostel fee per year is 45000 Caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges during the course come under and other fees are approximately 10000 Total fees is about 105000 per year

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are well maintained but still, this university is located in a rural area so dont expect too much. Hostels of gbpuat provide a safe, affordable, and community-focused living environment Most students find the hostel life enriching and a key part of their university experience

Hostel Fee: INR 45000 per year

Admission

Applied for NITS and IIITS but did not qualify for them and hence I got gbpuat. College of Technology GBPUAT provides quality education at a much lower fee. Gbpuat excels in agriculture and allied fields, making it a better choice for such aspirations Admission process Entrance exam gbpuat conducts its own entrance test for undergraduate and postgraduate programs Engineering programs like btech are also done via JEE Mains Eligibility criteria for UG courses 10+2 with the required subjects and minimum percentage

Faculty

Professors are highly qualified, faculty are approachable and provided mentorship for academic progress Exam system a semester-based academis calender with two semestsr each year Semester exams consist of two hourly papers consisting of 25 numbers (15 written and 10 practical)

Night Life

Hostels are the hub of nightlife activities, with students engaging in late-night group discussions, games, and casual hangouts. (I am writing this at 1:58 a.m)

Oracle, Infosys, Magics and many more like in all Including GEU & GEHU around 150 companies came. Not all the technology but even finance and construction companies as for Civil not many choices are there but luckily our core jobs were provided and I am happy it happened.

Good place for your undergraduate degree

Placement Experience:

placements are good here with a avg package of 5 lakhs but students who work reall hard get placemnts more than 10 lakhs the highest package at my time was of 58 lakhs and many got 10-20 lakhs package as well so i say placements aare decent here. Companies such as oracle adobe palalto visits here and they give higher packages to students.

Placement Experience:

After completing 3rd year students are offered for internship.From my university, placement offer for Btech students with an average package of 3 to 4 lakh. placement rates vary by program and year ,with some reporting over 70%placement with average salary of 2-3 lakh. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro,Tech Mahindra Etc. About 50-60%students got scholarship. Talking about the top roles that offered are software developer,data scientist and system analyst . After completing my course I,ll try to get on campus placement.

I hadnt applied much, i was hopeful for an engineering college. I also got chemistry honours in DU from a reputed all girls college. The fee structure was minimal but the only issue I faced was the unavailabilty of hostel facility which was a major issue for me at that time. Furthermore, based on JEE mains score, getting a btech CSE degree in a good state level engineering college from a renowned university along with hostel sounded far better. The Real reality of my collage
