Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is upto date.From 2023 For the whole college and all branches curriculum is based on national education policy 2020. All lastest technology like ai and ml is inculcated in the course. In first year you get additional subjects like human values and teachings of Gita!
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Google,Microsoft, Accenture,axis bank etc come for internships. Companies for core branches are also good in numbers. Roles are based on the type of company and your branches. For my branch sde roles is the most sought one .
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good of the college. Companies like Google, Accenture, Microsoft,Amazon visit our college. Companies for core branches do also visit in ample number. Due to recession in the year 2023-2024 the overall median of the college for btech was 9 lpa and avg for CSE was 17.63 compared to last year's avg of 21.89lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee for general and OBC students(who have income above 5lakh) is 5 lakh for full course. For gen and OBC candidates with income between 1 to 5 lakh 1/3 of 5lakh is payable. And for gen and OBC candidates with income less than 1 lakh and sc,st candidates irrespective of the income,No tution fee is payable. Mesfl fee is 30000 per sem and hostel fee is 4k to ek per sem depending on seat capacity.
Campus Life
Overall experience is very good. You have very good peers.A great campus. You would definitely cherish your time here with lot of events happening every now and then. You will find some great friends of yours. Infrastructure is quite decent. It has quite large library well spaced and well equipped with books of every kind. As well has it has reading room which is open 24×7.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are quite old fashioned yet good. H-3 for first year is very well spaced. 2 seaters hostels like H-6 are not very well spaced.yet manageable. Mess and menu is good for North Indians south indian may face problems initially. Menu is decided by students themselves through MHMC.
Admission
I opted this college because I wanted to pursue computer science. As well as placemets are also quite good of the college.keeping this in mind as well as proximity to my native place.I opted the college.
Faculty
The faculties of the institute are well qualified and helpful.You can approach to them seek guidance. But in the classes they lack enthusiasm in teaching..I would emphasize that they are very well qualified and are acumen of their subjects.You just need to get the best out of them yourself.
Night Life
Gym as well as sports facilities are very good in the campus.2 canteen is available in the campus along with shops of the NIT market. But night canteen is not very active. Moxie and senate hall canteen are busiest one!
