Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose MBBS to become a doctor so that I can serve the society and also the money making aspect of being a doctor being a doctor I can help the society and also help fill my stomach. We have to crack NEET to get seat in this college.

Internships Opportunities

4

MBBS is of total 5 and half years and the final year is internship. Students who are taking internship are given clinical exposure and they get very good experience. Interns get a monthly stripe and of 30 to 35k.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our institution per annum College fees is about 60000 and mess food is about 4000 per month room and should be submitted at starting of the year. For the reserved category there are reservation such as Jindal SSP which are benefited to the lower category institution

Campus Life

4

Annual fests are conducted but other than that the college is really boring and there is no frequency of events. Books and journals are found in abundance in library but the library is not open 24 hours.

Hostel Facilities

5

We stay in hostel rooms. Rooms are well furnished but all the furnitures are very old. Food qualities good in some hostels but some hostels food is very bad. Hostel admission and Messi's are all paid during academic admission.

Admission

I had also applied for BMC and MMC which I did not get due to the high cut off in the year which I wrote neet exam. Admission process was simple and user friendly. The office staff try to make money in everything.

Faculty

4

There are 10 to 12 lecturers in each department and more non teaching staffs for the total of 200 students. The teacher to student ratio is 1: 10 we have three internals in a year and one final exam in which we have to pass.

Night Life

4

The campus has gym and many are already members the campus library closes at 11:00 p.m. senior hostels have no closing time but junior hostels close at 11. Nightlife is not very active in Hubli hence it is a bit boring at night. There are many parks and view points nearby.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
