Course Curriculum Overview

College teaches most things on the surface level and you have to do it yourself and also there are a lot of unnecessary subjects like biology and the Constitution of India in 5th semester and each semester has unnecessary subjects

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 47000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Every student has to prepare a project every semester for 6 semester straight and marks are given accordingly Internship opportunities are also there although i dont know much about roles and stripend but heard positive mostly

Placement Experience

Placements are good in this university, most of students get placed especially in mechanical and electrical with over 95% placement, internship opportunities are also available for on campus placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is around 90000 but there are multiple scholarships available for student especially SC ST or female. Some of my friends are even getting 100% scholarships on their courses. But on an average a OBC student or female you will get 64000 as scholarship ,. Hostel are only available for girls and seperate scholarship are there for hostels

Campus Life

Only one fest is organized in whole year which is also just dj eve, except that nothing happens Library has a good wxcess of books Clubs and society are good community for making connections and also extra curricular

Admission

It is a good option for haryana students as it is haryana top state University with good package So those who cant make it to NIT kurukshetra, it can be a option Jee mains score is the eligibility criteria for admission in btech

Faculty

Faculty and staff of university are in average ratio There are lack of some teachers, so phd students teach them In recent semester teacher came last month and completed syllabus in a month Attendance and internals are strict

Night Life

University campus is very small so not many places to hangout, there is only one cafeteria which is also always crowded most of time. Only good part is metro in front of university gate through which delhi travel is easy

Placement Experience:

Here, the students of the final year are eligible for placements in there respective departments. Basicly many companies visit my college surroundings us which include Wipro, infosis, solatier etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest placement was 22 lpa at Google ang average package is 10 lpa in solatire and other companies . almost 70 percent students get college placement rest apply for off campus and after sometime they also try to fetch jobs. I maily like corporate a lot , so after completing my degree i want to regain a job in any company in gurgaon.

Profitable for new student for choosing their dream college

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students applicable for placement. Highest placement of second last year is 52 lakh per annum and average 16 lakh. In case no campus placement I have family support in some companies. Approximately 70 percentage students placed.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

My college is the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timings of exam are not so big problem. In one semester there are 2 sessional exams and one end semester exams are taken at the end of the semester. And papers made are not so difficult.

About NIFTEM from my eyes

Placement Experience:

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods,etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

It's nice and college is good

Placement Experience:

The placement here is good. Mostly companies arrive in our college to induct students. At the last skill matters. Last year Microsoft came and gave 60 lakh. Student of civil. So in the end we have to learn to code.

My Journey at NIFTEM

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats.
