Great experience of college

Very helpful and good management in our college. They always try to help us. Great experience in college. not good much about academic. but well worth for social. cause you ll never find a better college then this. no pressure of attendance at all.

I am B.sc Geography honours student. Its nice. Teachers are awesome. they help you every possible way through out.College level exams are held at the end of each session and is known as Internal Promotions exams. After passing this exams the students is allowed to appear for the board exams.It is also necessary to complete the project if assigned by the head of the department.

The job opportunities entire depends on the talents and personal skills of the students. There are placements. Most of the students of this college aims at securing the government exams like railways,PSC and UPSC, banking and other sector. The main medium of language used in Bengali which sometimes creates problem for the students coming from English Medium boards.

we have two several fest held in our college every year.social is our biggest fest held in outdoor stadium.our biggest fest budget is around 70 lakhs-1 crore.the college authority didn,t contribute pretty much but we have political students union so they oraganize everything.

The fee structure is extremely affordable by practically anyone. The monthly fee is close to a hundred rupees, variable with the additional subjects and labs. The admission fee is about 2500 rupees, and the examination fee is about 125 rupees.

Yes the college authorities do provides the scholarship for brilliant students. Honestly i am not really sure about the loan part. But Yes the college does provide significant concessions on Travelling tickets on Train and buses.

They are very helpful.our college have a large Union and they provided anti raging department.so there are no problems for new students.we donot face any problems on 1st years.Although the Senior brother's in the college help us many times.

No entrance exam. I was just on basis of 12 th result. So it was not so hard at all to get in. But pattern in college questions was comparatively tough.it is one of the oldest college in Kolkata named after the first president of Indian National congress.The reason for choosing this college is the low admission fees, being the government owned college. It provides high quality educations for more than thousand of out-stationed students from the areas nearby and most of the students take the Rail Route.
