MSRIT is good college

My course in Information science and engineering and it is good . Maximum good packages are grabbed by Information science and engineering students in this college. Difficulty level of this course is less the core cse branches. Teachers of this department are also chill.

Intership opportunities are good in this college many companies who came from internship gave pre placement offers and stipend various from 10k to 50k per month . Companies like IBM , Phone pe gives good stipend.

Placements of this college are good especially for Computer science related branches. In 7th semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placement .And for internship they can take from 5th semester onwards. This year highest on campus placement was 33.57 Lpa by phone pe and off campus was 52 lpa by Microsoft. Average of cse related branches is 12lpa and for total is 9 lpa. Around 90% students placed in this year. My plan after degree is to get a good package.

The fees per year for students who came by COMEDK is 314000 and for KCET students it is 127000 per year and it is same for all four years.They also charge extra miscellaneous fees of 32500 which is included in 314000 and this is also for all 4 years. They will give scholarship to only KCET students but COMEDK students can take other national and state scholarship other than college.

Infrastructure of this college is descent and extra curricular activities are also less as compared to other colleges because this college more emphasises on placements . Versy less student clubs are active in this college but coding clubs like codeRIT are active. Sports activities are also less in this college, there are not proper grounds . Library of this college is very good and there are 3 libraries in total with lacs of books and also there is digital library.

Hostel facilities are good it's price is 99000 per year and it is for two Sharing . There are common bathroom in this hostel. There are many pgs nearby ramaiah college in mathikere area in affordable price varies from 5000 to 12000 per month. Hostel food is average.

I chose this college by comedk because it is second best engineering college in Bangalore after rv college of engineering. Also seats in this college are not much so less compitition will be faced during placements . I got this college by comedk councelling and in that my order was 1 RV 2 MSRIT 3 BMSCE . And also ISE department of this college is very famous, that's why I have taken this college

Faculties of this college are nice . Maximum are PhD holders and some are pursuing PhD . Teaching methodology of teachers are also good .We can ask doubts also and all teachers clears our doubt. The faculty to student ratio is 1:65 . Some teachers are chill but some are strict , they do hard checking in exams. There are 2 internal exams and one end semester exam in an semester. 30 marks from internals are evaluated for semester end exam.

There is gym also in this college operates at specific timings . There are also cafeterias in this college with variety of food items . There is one boys hostel name freshers block which is inside the campus and it has very less seats . Nearest hangout places are Bel road , iisc Bangalore etc . Night life is very bad in college because hostel closes at 10 pm
