Course Curriculum Overview

I had taken civil engineering and was doing good with all those exams It was always good for me and I always used to do some practical work and field work as it was more needed for the kind of course we did

Class Size: 360Course Fees: INR 96500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship was provided for me by my college administration, which also runs a company that is involved construction The name of the company is Divyashree Construction where I worked for 2 months, and I was provided a basic salary

Placement Experience

The placement in colleges was good but the salary for the core job work was very less, maxing at 23000 at max, but the pay for other job roles was much higher, so getting a job from college was not difficult

Fees and Financial Aid

My Yearly fees were 40,000 for tuition fees 56400/- for KCET TRANSPORTATION FEES WERE 18500 (depending on distance) For my batchmates fees was same with addition of hostel fees of Rs. 150000 There was a scholarship available based on merit We used to get 20000 per year as a scholarship

Campus Life

Campus Life was good there, so many places to socialise with friends and other batchmates and for co-curricular activites such as yoga, dance. Overall, the experience was one I would never forget, and it was a clean campus

Admission

It was an autonomous institution, so the way of teaching was different from that of affiliated college, which was the main reason for me to take up this course, and the course and placement are good in this college

Faculty

The college has semester exams along with internal exams and practicals. The teachers were good and available for all lectures. Didn't find it difficult in understanding the teachings. The safety around the lab classes was good

Night Life

Nightife was pretty decent like we never used to go out of college to try new food because of the resturant thatwere available there and for instance outsude the campus there were plenty of stores for all essentials

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:

I applied to MS Ramaiha, Jain College, NITTE in Mangalore for food technology, biotechnology and biomedical science respectively. I received confirmation from all but chose REVA due to its affordable fee, transport facilities and good reviews from people. REVA University: The Green Revolution

I did not personally apply to other unis because there are not a lot of other unis which provide similar course handled by subject matter experts. I only applied to REVA university and got in without much hassle. The eligibility criteria was only the results scored in 10th and 12th with relative ease if you have good scores.
