What Students Say
Likes
- Pretty good infrastructure, and girls to boys ratio is also good…
- Some of the teachers are really nice, and treat students as friends, even they help that students for placements
- Placement is pretty good as for a tier-3 college
Dislikes
- Some college staff or hostel staff do discriminate north students a little bit
- Ratio of boys and girls is good, but max students are localities so they know each other before clllg and they form their group and don’t talk with others, this is the thing i hate the most
- For placement, cllg is focusing on quantity not quality, more and more service-based companies visit and they do mass recruitments at 3.5-4.5 lpa
Course Curriculum Overview
All the courses taught were relevant and thoughtfully designed, covering both fundamental and advanced concepts essential for building a strong foundation in the field. It included corr subjects like dsa, operating systems, database management systems, computer networks, and software engineering, which were introduced in a logical sequence to support progressive learning.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies visited and gave internships in our cllg, like Azentio which selected 10 students with a stipend of 50000 per month, and also they all got full time there. College also provides opportunities to work with companies like Nvidia, Samsung Prisim, etc to do projects in collaboration with them
Placement Experience
Placement is good, every student who tries to get placement will surely be placed in campus placements, but off campus would be difficult as this cllg is a tier-3 cllg, so many companies reject in resume shortlisting. Maximum every CSE student will get placed but max of them would get placed at an offer of 3.5 or 4.5lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm from Jammu, so I got admitted through Pmsss, and thus my cllg fee was absolutely zero... but for comedk students, it is 2,50,000 per year, and for kcet people, it is 80,000 per year. And for hostel it is 51,000 per year plus 40,000 per year for mess
Campus Life
There are many clubs in cllg, and they are really active, And fests are also there but because of covid our fests got cancelled, still we had 2 fests, which were good, many famous people had a visit to this cllg, like Amit shah, Dhwani banushali, Smidhi chouhan, Ashish solanki, chetan bhagat, etc
Hostel Facilities
I opted for hostel, whose rent is 50k per year and mess is 40k per year, combined 90k for both, and hostel is clean, with attached bathroom, have options for 2 sharing and 3- sharing, mine was 3-sharing. Everyday cleaner visit the rooms and we also get hot water sometimes(usually not available)
Admission
I tried to get admission in lpu, but it was ver very costly, I opted this college as I got admitted here for free. I had pmsss scholarship and I had rank of 2800 in that, I selected various colleges in india but got selected in this cllg.
Faculty
Relation of students and faculty varies, but maximum male teachers are friendly in nature with students, while some of the female teachers are very rude, except some. And whole faculty is of local people only
Interview Experience
No there was not any group discussion , interview, or written test for admission to this college. I got admission here through pmsss so I didn't had any one of these but there are exams to get admission in this college, they are kcet and comedk
Night Life
Nightlife is also good, whole college is decorated beautifully, but everything is closed after 10:30, so we can just roam in campus, nothing more than that... we can have good time with friends, but also there are hostel restrictions for girls and 1st year boys
Other Applied Colleges
Lovely Professional University - [LPU] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Science and Engineering)
Was more costly
