I opted for undergraduate degree program in bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering in kumaraguru College of technology . Subjects regarding the department are very useful and the college also adds some more valuable subjects like design thinking and holistic wellness

College has good internship facility for some departments and also clubs like garage and research are there where students work and learn which is similar to a unpaid internship. But since I'm just a fresher I don't know more about internships .

Our college, kumaraguru College of technology, offers a fees of 100000 for every under graduate programs for all the merit students . I opted for Bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering and paid 100000 for my program . There is no community wise fees structure here but management seats demand a lot of money. Courses like computer science engineering demand a management seat worth of 1500000 where courses like mechanical, civil demands 6,00,000 as a fee for students under management quota.

The college conducts a big cultural festival which is split to two parts , the event is named yugam , one is a tech festival and the other part of the festival is culturals. The first year begins a swagatham event the first day for freshers.

Hostels provide good quality food , and are served hot for every meal , only drawback of our college non veg food is not available inside the campus but students can order food online and eat whenever required.

The college campus is so large that it has a total area of 168 acre of land and each departments has a separate blocks and buildings, each buildings has their separate laboratories and libraries and also students have their freedom to choose what they want to do

All the faculty in our college, kumaraguru College of technology, are very friendly to the students and are knowledgeable also, Eventhough there few staffs who are careless about the students and teaches for namesake.

There are lots of hangout spots like cafes and restaurants, foodstreets, near the college but hostellates can't go out of the campus without the outpass and the first years can go out only during Sunday's.
