Course Curriculum Overview

Course and curriculum is very nice and very lengthy also. This curriculum prepare us to face real world problems and applications. Teaching method is very nice here.. subject are core so we know about more in our field

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I am from general category so I need to pay 150000 I didn't get any scholarship here . Additional charges needed for lab fees and exam fees . Only get addmission on merit .No financial aid is available

Campus Life

Yes there are many clubs who provide students social benefits and also encourages students to take part for the same . Classroom are near and clean .. many technology there. Annual festival and cultural events are there

I love the nature and environment of this college. Faculties are good. Campus is big. Many facilities are there for students. Events and activities are more. Placement opportunities are there so I took here

Faculties are very friendly and very supportive. They always encourages students in every function and and even in studies. Exams are difficult. But faculties provide us good notes so that we can prepare

"Yes, I did face a group discussion, interview, and a written test as part of the admission process. The group discussion involved discussing a relevant topic with fellow candidates, which helped assess my communication and teamwork skills.

Night Life

Nightlife is safe and many hostlers hang out in night..it give so much peace and good environment with safety and security of students they can safely roam around night guards are there and timings also mentioned

A campus life you must live once in your life - Fergusson College

Placement Experience:

Placements in Fergusson are pretty good. Students are eligible for sitting in the placement drives from the 3rd semester, we also get Pre-placment activities and tests before the drive starts. We get companies like Axtria, Vois , bluepineapple etc on campus. The highest package is 10 - 12 lakhs and 4-6 lakhs on an average. In my batch out of the 30 people we 20 are placed so far on campus.

The creative assignments and learnings of how to think out of the box made me choose this course. The curriculum prepares us well and we learn how to move forward. but the real world is something which we learn only when we enter the field. The teaching methods can improve by introducing more practical engagements and field visits. Frequency of exams are not to much and exams are easy to clear.

If you'll talk about college placement then the college onboard the selected students to the interview round in which if you clear out then you'll be placed to top hotels of India, There are several companies and no of offers made like Oberoi and Mariott Hotel. The package as a start would be 20 to 30k per month and the rest depends upon the efforts and dedication you put into your job. Out of the total students, 10% are given opportunities for college placements and the rest can apply on their own and if they'll study seriously then the college approves for 100% placement for them as of now all the batches have got a decent job in India and Abroad countries.
