Get to know about VIIT, Pune

The course information technology provides a lot of knowledge which is necessary to the path of carreer in software development, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science and many more and VIIT have absolutely nailed it.

Many companies offers internship in our college Like Electronic Arts, Cognizant, Amazon, Tata consultancy services, Accenture, Cisco this is information available with me as I am second year student internship opportunities by college is not yet provided for me.

From 6th semester companies visit college campus for placements. Top companies visit college are Nvidia, Amazon , Microsoft, JP Morgan, Cognizant, Cisco, Accenture, Tata consultancy services. Highest package was 44LPA offered by Amazon and Nvidia Average Package is about 7-8 LPA Around 80-90% of students get placed in companies from campus My plan after degree is to get a job and after then go for masters abroad.

I am paying amount of 1 lakh 84 thousand as a fees for my college as general student and fees depends on the categories as well SC/ST have 6000 rupess as there anuual fees and EWS/ EBC have 108000. VIIT offers scholarship as well but not for the students who opt addmission in spot/ ACAP rounds.

Annual event of the college is Gandharva. it is of 5 days and Gandharva has Technical and non technical events Books I don't know much as I never visited college library. College offers annual sports week where many sports both indoor and outdoor are conducted Also many students and social clubs are there in college too

I applied for many colleges including COEP, PICT , PCCOE , VIT , VIIT , PVG , DY PATIL, AISSMS I got placed in PVG then DY Patil in CAP round 2 but due to distance issues And rest of other colleges i didn't get admission because of cutoff VIIT college i got from spot round

Faculty to student ratio each class have 80-84 students and a faculty to teach them. Second, Mahesh Bhandari, chaitali shewale, sonali bhoite, kishor pathak are best faculty they all teach soo good and make concept easy to understand Third, I don't have any faculty which I don't like personally Exams are moderate between difficult and easy depends

I am a localite so not much aware of hostels near college but about nightlife there are no clubs, fancy cafes and restaurants near college in the range of 2-3 km. The nearest food street and resturant are there in gangadham which is 4 km from college
