Dislikes
- College surroundings: The college is very small and the roads are full of gutters and wastes.

- Pacing: Professors are going so fast that its hard to catch and have very little time for semester exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is so harf at this point because I have like very little time to finish a whole semester. It should've been started at July but because of all the admission processes it got delayed till October. Now I have to study a whole semester under 3 months. The semester 1 exam starts on December 31.
Internships Opportunities
I've only like started the college recently, it's been like 2-3 months. The college administration did say that their is internship and IV for 12. We have to like get the certificate for doing the internship and then submit it to the college. Main outcome is to make more familiarized with workplace environment.
Placement Experience
I don't really know about it but I've heard that this college does have placements from Infosys like companies. The college administration said that placements are based on your CGPA, it's the marks and activity points you achieved during your 4 year academic.
Fees and Financial Aid
First at the admission time, I had to pay around of 60,000 which included semester fee (40000), PTA Fund (6000), then some for other purposes. Each semester I have to pay 40,000. There is 5 or 4 scholarshops available in this college. I don't really know how much would it be but would be something around 20,000 or more. I applied for National Scholarship Scheme. It's been like 2 weeks since I applied for tye scholarship, it's been verified but I guess it'll take more time. I think for SC/ST there is fee reduction.
Campus Life
Campus life is very boring. It's been two months but no functions/programs were conducted. Maybe it's because of the pacing of the academic things. But I do really look forward to see what kind of programs are conducted in the college.
Admission
Well I actually prefer University College Of Engineering, Kariavattom. But my keam score was so low I got admitted to this college. Admission process required so many documents and once it was submitted we had to pay the fee completely and meet the principal.
Faculty
The faculty members are so friendly and clears our doubts and all kinda things. I took computer science branch. In the first semester I have electronics and electrical, graphics, python, chemistry, and maths and also life skills. I thinks its common for students in first year studying under KTU. It's only been 2-3 months and I had like one internal exam (series). Some exams were hard but it was all fair.
Night Life
I never really enjoyed nightlife around my college but there is a beach near to the college. It's so calm and vibrant. When things gets so stressed sometimes I go to the beach. There is a gym near to the college and alot hotels to eat. Library seems so peaceful and it even has free library. Also Bheemapalli is near to the college. It's a famous muslim temple, its crowded and so many new things to find out.
