Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very haptic in the pharmacy block. It is one of the most strict and rules Oriented block. The classes start at 9:15 in the morning and ends till 5:30 in the evening the students are provided with a gap of 1 hrs btw the lecture for lunch break, leaving it aside there are no gaps.
Fees and Financial Aid
This year I paid around 72,000 per semester. Here the registration fees is around 6200 and the other fees fall under the semester fees only. The students with the Bonafide from Himachal Pradesh gets a special allowance regarding the fees. The students from the other states fees vary btw 80000 to 82000. The facility and the faculty here are very helpful they provide us with proper support and care. The pharmacy department is ranked 30th in whole country. The labs here are properly maintained with each and every chemical available.
Campus Life
The campus life is the well balanced between study and extra circular activity. The various fest are organised such as moksha, manchtantra, etc. various awareness campaign are organised like recently the pink October campaign was organised to raise awareness about breast cancer.
Admission
The faculty and the campus here is really good. The pharmacy department here is ranked 30th in the country by the NIRF. The campus has multiple patents under its name and the facilities here are good. This collage for my first priority and I was able to crack it in first try.
Faculty
The faculty here are very helpful and encouraging the faculty provide with proper support and care. Mr. Lalit the head of examination department is really helpful and provides each student and undivided attention and care. Ms. Shishka is the incharge for the first year batch she treats student with care and warmth. The exams structure is divided into 3 parts the sessionals , the mid term and the end semester examination. The minimum passing marks for the same are 50% and the minimum attendance for giving the end term is above 80%. For the same around 90% students make through the exams without any difficulty.
Night Life
The nightlife in the campus is very chill. The students are allowed roam in campus till 2100 hours. The gym fess is really cheap it opens 0500 in the morning and closes at 2000 in the evening.the Library stays open for 24×7 hours, students can get there permission assigned by respective wardans and access the library.
