Likes

The college campus is big, has many places for student to chill with frineds and spend good time.
It has one of the best libraries. The newly build full AC library is a treat.
With just two exams, that is midsems and endsems, it has one of the coolest acedemic calender.

Dislikes

Teaching of some facult could be improved, yet its still better then most of the other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the course curriculum is mostly updated to keep up with ongrowning world. Most of the subjects include great learing curve and detailed information. The specializations available are also very important considering the recent world trends.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 31500 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are few companies that visit IAR university during internship and placements. The internship provided are mainly in small tech companies or startups. The stipend provided is based on individual knowledge and the role provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

I took my addmission in year 2022, the fees during that year was 31500 per semister. With a 10% increment every year, the fee structre might be different every year. There are many scholarship oppertunity based on your merit result and some other government benefits.

Campus Life

Campus life at IAR is very happening. Cultural, technical and informative events happening almost every week make the campus life great. Access to world-class books and magazines in the campus library is a add-on. The centralised AC classrooms are comfortable to study in.

Admission

I choose IAR bcoz it has better academics structure than other colleges. Centralised AC campus, neat and clean classrooms, digital tech support, world class laboratories, computer labs with access to super computer made me choose this university over other.

Faculty

Most of the faculty members are PHD and research schollars. The teaching of this college is much better then others. Course structure includes all the basic requirment subjects of the degree and other few new subjects for learings. Exams are scheduled only twice per semister, mid-sem and end-sem.

Night Life

IAR campus provides hostel services along with a incredible canteen, with serves tasty food, a GYM for keeping oneself healthy and other sports activities. The library is also very well maintained for students to study. The locality of university is also very great, being very close to gift city make the night life happening.

At Nirma, from Jio Communication to Airtel many telecom and telecommunications service providing companies come for placements. Unfortunately or sadly our department don't have placements of highest stature and therefore we had to contain with a salary of 40-50k initially.

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

College from my perspective

Placement Experience:

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. The student get highest package is around 20 LPA and the avg package is around 3 4 lpa and around 70 to 80 percent student got placed every year. PDEU is Passive University!!

Placement Experience:

The reason I chose this college over other colleges is that this was affordable and in fact The btech Biotechnology course was started in Gujarat for the very first time by Institute of advanced research gandhinagar so here there are more experienced faculties for Btech Biotechnology and it was the best college for biotechnology and microbiology and biomedical courses. Other colleges like PDEU AND NIRMA were available to me but the fees were too high to afford by a middle class family. Mode of admission is that u can directly get your admission through IAR portal on the basis of JEE, GUJCET and 12th standard marksheet or by ACPC according to the cutoff...Read More
