Course Curriculum Overview
It is very relevant to the industry needs, we have covered DSA, MERN Stack, DBMS etc in the first 1.5 years of college and hence have great confidence in applying for internships and taking part in hackathons.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees paid by me is approx 4-4.5 lacs. Tution fees is 14-15 lacs and hostle is around 4-5. Initially registration fees for NSET i.e. the entrance exams of SST is 1000. There's also an option for scholarship ranging from 25 to 100%
Campus Life
My overall experience has been great, I am the president of the creators club at my college which means that the co-curricular activities and also good here. We had freshers party, annual fest and more celebrations in our college.
Admission
As every other students I also went through the grind of JEE, and also cleared JEE Mains. But since I wasn’t getting CS in their 1 colleges , I started searching for alternate option and hence landed on Scaler. And After 1 year of experience here, I found few critical difference in it from other colleges my friends study in . The main difference are of curriculum, type of faculties and they activities and networking events that takes place in college
Faculty
The faculty is expert, experienced and very frank with the students. They have very good cooperate experience and also great command of their subjects. The majority of them have worked in top MNCs like Amazon, Google, Netflix etc. Regarding course structure so, we have a trimester system i.e. courses keeps on changing every 3 months. Exams happen 2 times in every 3 months.
Night Life
Night life isn’t good enough since you aren’t allowed to leave the campus after 10:30 pm, and that's just due to the safety reason but yeah after taking the permission from parents you can. The clubs, restaurants etc are good in Bangalore to hangout.
