The location and the infrastructure of the college is very good.
The exposure we get here is also very good
The campus is beautiful and teachers are also good

Dislikes

The mess food is not so good but eatable.
The time restrictions is very strict and i don't like it.
Non hostellers and outsiders are strictly prohibited

Course Curriculum Overview

The college curriculum is relevant to the demand of today's IT market. You can get internships and they bring good companies for placements. We have placement cell which arrange special courses related to placement.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Tuition fees is Rs 261477 per year. The Other fees is Rs 20000 per year The Skill lab fees is Rs 32000 to be paid at the time of admission and it is one time applicable. The hostel fees is Rs 215000 per year. All the payments have to be paid annually in full.

Campus Life

We have dedicated clubs for music, dance, fashion, writing, coding, mathematics and many more. We have annual fests called furore and vibrations. And many events occurs two to three times per week in college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is good but the mess food is not so good. The hostel fees is Rs 180000 per year for indian hostel and Rs 215000 for the nri hostel. Every hostel has it's own mess and proper hygiene is maintained.

Admission

I chose this college because of it's prime location and bangalorr is the hub of IT sector. And the college provide opportunities to get good internship and placement. That is why i chose this college.

Faculty

There are 3 internals and 1 sem end exam per semester. They have eight subjects per semester. Some subjects are useless like balake kannada Being a north indian, i don't like that subject. Exam level is moderate.

Night Life

We have gym and canteen. There are time restictions and the security guards and hostel wardens are very strict. They don't allow any non hostellers or outsiders inside the campus after the college hours.

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Placement Experience:

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I choose this college because of the location and the placements. The college is 45 years old and has a good connection in the industry. The placements are also decent. The location of the college is really beautiful. One will find all the necessities near and around the college itself. I didn't perform well in my jee examinations, but my comedk exam went well, so I came to this college.
