Course Curriculum Overview

Course is really nice for people looking for batch and MBA, and may help them in future really well, difficult exams , less burden on student for assignment and attendance. Even lecture not needed have attendance issue

Internships Opportunities

Internship are mostly not available from college, they hardly give breaks from college to study and intership is next thing hardly possible and no project specific to your growth are given until now .

Placement Experience

Placement are average taking consideration of fees , placement are almost good and I have no more idea about it , it's great according to what we have heard from college in their presentation during intro.

Fees and Financial Aid

Don't have idea about it, no merit or scholarship . 550000 paid and not so great experience till now worst teachers.mukesh patel school of technology is not so affordable and just a building no campus life

Campus Life

There are many clubs many active ones and some associated at great levels , I am in Google developer club , there are many sports related tournament and events for kids to socialize, classroom are good

Admission

Gave jee and cet , did not qualify and nmims cet i passed and it's one of greatest college in Mumbai, according to rank you r called and depending on what you qualify for subject you get , and u pay initial amount at once

Faculty

Faculty some are good but many of them are rude , non ica marks assignment were given when exams were near , faculty shouts and doesn't consider students work. Exams are just after a month and during that month you have assignment.

Night Life

There are many available places near college it's near juhu beach and great place to discover, I don't live in hostel and don't have a social life so don't know more , but it's one of the great plsces

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

After 1st year student can openly apply for internship, theon campus internship is avaliable after 4th Sem. The highest amount goes to Quant Finance and more than 75% gets placed for in-campus. The highest pakacemet was INR 3cr for the Quant profile.

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this college like Infosys, Calfus , Amazon , UBS, Crowdstrike. In case of no campus placements, one can try research internship offered by college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

All BTech and MTech students can apply for offcampus placement if required but there sufficient oncampus placements and almost all students get placed.Companies visiting for computer and IT are tcs, infosys, capgemini, cognisant, Nvidia, IBM, etc Total 42 offers were made computer branch and 52 offers for IT branch. The percentage of placements is 80%.

MPSTME HONEST COLLEGE REVIEW FROM A FY STUDENT.

Admission process is merit based , based on the NMIMSCET for engineering students , The branch allotment and upgradation is again merit based during orientation. All About MPSTME

There are very less colleges in mumbai having civil engineering. This college is one of the best considering the infrastructure international linkage etc.I applied for Vjti and spit except this college.I choose this college over them because of the industry exposure and the connections internationally.I dis make into the other colleges in cet cap round but i wanted this college in specific because i found it more benificial with the amount of things it had to offer in this course over the others.After you give the entrance exam of the college you get your result mailed to you which has your merit number with that you get a counselling letter which has a date and time in it on which you have to take a demand draft of the course you want to the college then you go verify your documents and the you go and tell your preference to the councilor if you have the seat available in the course tou want they give you admission or they give you an option to be added to other branch for upgradation...Read More
