Remarks

Handful engineering colleges in Mumbai. Leading institution. Good environment. Good classrooms. Drawback- Single building campus. Other campuses in the NMIMS brand can also be accessed for other facilities. Mix age group faculty

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum quite adaptive and improvising. Drawback being Indian education system wherein there is huge laggard in industry working and teachings in the college. Lacking practical aspects. Also campus did not have great laboratory set up required for engineering colleges. Entire engineering department faculty were directly hired from Sardar Patel college. Good percentage of faculty were new comets without any experience.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships were mostly arranged by students on their own. College placement cell also did not provide any support also students could secure Breyer internships on their own as anyway they would need to work free without any stipend. eir

Placement Experience

Entrepreneur capabilities in students quite strong add to that the financial support from the families they come from. Alumni referrals long way to go. NMIMS rag will open doors for you but what will count in the end is the skills that you bring to the table.

College Events

3.5

Campus life one of the best you find around Mumbai engineering colleges. Let's just say birds of the same feather flock together. College festival decent size but nowhere close to biggies like MI, Umang and that Xaviers one

Campus Life

our college had a built in infrastructure with all facilities required. We had classrooms with white and green boards along wtih smart classes. there well equipped libraries and labs. we have Alexa lab, AWS lab, Dell.etc.Basketball court, football ground and so much indoor games.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility available on sharing basis between 4-5 students sharing 2 bhk. Hostel charges around 3 LPA. Quite easily one can avail. College leases BHK units around college and provides the same as hostels. AC and not AC type available.

Hostel Fee: INR 300000 per year

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

The college has excellent infrastructure and management.
Teachers are a hit or miss. There’s mostly rookie teachers for the first years but as you select your specialization, you’ll only be dealing with a specific set of teachers. Some of them are extremely experienced and some are okay-okay.
The college has excellent industry connections. There’s no better place to network as a student in Mumbai. They have people visiting from all over the world and master classes and talks occurring every now and then.

Dislikes

They’ve increased their intake of students massively. The campus is becoming way too crowded for so many people. They’ve expanded campus into some floors in the hostel which is right across the street.
Everything in the college is slowly getting more and more expensive. They charge large unnecessary fines for things like not bringing your hall ticket or a new ID card or for exam rechecking.
Canteen is wayy too expensive for students like us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are very good and they have people coming from a diverse range of companies. I am a second year student so I don't know about the exact packages. I plan to identify my strengths by 4th year and get a job in that sector.

Likes

The classrooms are okay

Dislikes

Faculty, their attitude, the impact they put on kids

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally, I don't think it's all that great. The faculties don't care enough. They don't provide quality education and have no helping nature. The exams were kept online after the covid-19 conclusion because they have taken some code-tantra subscriptions. They compromise the quality of education for their benefit and aim at earning money.

MPSTME HONEST COLLEGE REVIEW FROM A FY STUDENT.

Admission process is merit based , based on the NMIMSCET for engineering students , The branch allotment and upgradation is again merit based during orientation. I chose the degree MBA TECH because it had mba and btech both integrated and as heard from my friends who graduated the placements are little above average but in terms of ROI its very high, i did apply for other colleges but looking the relavent structure and along with reviews the crowd the people you get at this college is very well mannered and quite good ....Read More

All About MPSTME

There are very less colleges in mumbai having civil engineering. This college is one of the best considering the infrastructure international linkage etc.I applied for Vjti and spit except this college.I choose this college over them because of the industry exposure and the connections internationally.I dis make into the other colleges in cet cap round but i wanted this college in specific because i found it more benificial with the amount of things it had to offer in this course over the others. After you give the entrance exam of the college you get your result mailed to you which has your merit number with that you get a counselling letter which has a date and time in it on which you have to take a demand draft of the course you want to the college then you go verify your documents and the you go and tell your preference to the councilor if you have the seat available in the course tou want they give you admission or they give you an option to be added to other branch for upgradation...Read More
