I dislike one thing about every college that is written assigments which are not that helpful
i have nothing to shear other than this rest all things about my college are best
foe now i would say i like everything about my college

Course Curriculum Overview

cousrse curiculum is also good they manages the both academics and other extra curicular activites with equal balance.overall student growth is very good and i really feel this beacuse i see myself in better position than previous.

they provide internships but it depends on the skill sets you have so work on your skill that is very important they will definetly provide you a good opportunity and growth at same time . all the best

Placement Experience

my college is good for placement beacuse enviorment over there is very compitative . good number of company visits the campus for hiring only thing you need to have is skills . work on your skills and all the best.

Fees and Financial Aid

yearly we have 135000 fees and we also get ebc scholarship as 60000 in return so i think it is affortable course beacuse placement is also good and faculty is very useful .i will suggest stay updated with technology and do hardwork this college is a good opportunity for you.

Campus Life

my exprinece about my college was very nice i enjoyed and enjoying a lot in campus . i personally never feel bored since i entre in college there was lots of compitions and funny events was conducted by college

Admission

i chose this college beacuse there are several reasons . first reason to chose this college is good placement which is necessary for every student and another reason is good exposure in various fields.

Faculty

faculty members are very good beacuse evry one is skilled professional . honestly telling faculty members of this college are realy helpful they help each and every student and also they treat them equally.

Interview Experience

no i never face this situation beacuse our admission is happend through cap round which is totally based on CET marks that we got all you need to have good score and all documents ready with you .do research before you apply

Night Life

so our college does not have any hostel facility so in terms of night life i have no such exprience and everyone from this college is mostly from home university so it will difficult to say about hostel life.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. I got into DBIT post completion of my diploma so it was a DSE or Direct second year engineering entry students , I got EXTC engineering in the second CAP round . The college offers Engineering in 4 Branches namely Computer Engineering , IT , EXTC, and Mechanical and students can get admission through either by doing 12th or after diploma . For students who have did 12th the college accepts admission through MHTCET and JEE the cutoff are usually high above 90+ percentile for Computer and IT branch while slightly low 80%+ for EXTC and Mechanical branch. The college has a overall seats of 120 seats in computer engineering Dept 60 of which are reserved for Christian Students. MH-Cet percentile of 97 is required as even though it was lockdown when i took admission the cut-off was still that. DBIT MUMBAI : where learning meets vibrant campus life .

i didnt applied to other colleges because my sister used to study in DBIT so i was sure the college will be good . while i also thought i was elegible for the college so i preferred DBIT for its approachable faculty and industry connections. the adimission process at DBIT involves eligibility based on 12th- grade marks and MHT-CET schores with atypical cutoff arounf 85-90 percentile for IT. the process is smooth, with a centralized counseling ensuring transpency. rejections elsewhere were due to higher cutoffs but DBIT has proven to be a great choice overall....Read More
