Course Curriculum Overview

I love technology its not only coding but since i am kid i am curious about computers and laptop so thats the reason why i wanted to be computer engineer and sometimes things go tough for me but i manage sometimes.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 148000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are really good rn there are tpc interviews going on for whose gonna be head and this year our highest package was 22.5LPA which was quite good pakage. So yea on campus placements in my clg are good.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee is 1,48,000 but as i am from obv i have to pay 84000 and as scholarship i get 1100 ruppees every year so name of my scholarship is examnination fees for obc students. And i fill the mahaDBT form ever year.

Campus Life

So as the students modtly are christain coz its a minorty college so campus is really in a good environment and social life in college is good as there is no raging as our campus is ragging free so yeah all are really good

Admission

As i had 96.5 percentile in CET and as it comes in central line so it was easy for me to travel. And ground of my clg is really big for sports and other activities. Placements were really good in his clg one of the reason why i took this clg

Faculty

Faculty is sometimes being strict for our own good but staff is really good and helps student in every possible ways. The way the teach is good and id students have any trouble we can freely ask our respective professors

Night Life

Night life is not worst as sometimes our clg upper court is given on rent for evens at night so there is no such bad area and as the area is full of corporate offices so yea its really good. And there is residential area too.

When the students come in the Seventh Semester they are elligible for campus placements. There are many companies that come for the campus placement for example KPMG, FIVER, TCS, MICROSOFT, INFOSYS, Tech Mahindra. They all offer a package of average 870000 inr. The highest package that was offered was by microsoft for 2400000 lpa. There is a 95% of students who got placed rn and there are still companies who are coming and taking students. So the probability of students getting placed is 97%. My plans after getting degree and a job is to live happily and enjoy my life.

Good Experince at VU

Placement Experience:

from 4th year all the students gets offers of placements. and from 3rd year students started getting Internships. also there is google dev groups club in house placements in our college. i don't know in details but from my side it could be 15lpa highest and lowest as in every colleges like 2,3lpa something arround. Almost 80% students gets placements who all are focusing on there carrer my plan is to get settle in luxurious lifestyle after getting my degree

I got into DBIT post completion of my diploma so it was a DSE or Direct second year engineering entry students , I got EXTC engineering in the second CAP round . The college offers Engineering in 4 Branches namely Computer Engineering , IT , EXTC, and Mechanical and students can get admission through either by doing 12th or after diploma . For students who have did 12th the college accepts admission through MHTCET and JEE the cutoff are usually high above 90+ percentile for Computer and IT branch while slightly low 80%+ for EXTC and Mechanical branch. The college has a overall seats of 120 seats in computer engineering Dept 60 of which are reserved for Christian Students. DBIT Mumbai will teach one daring!!

MH-Cet percentile of 97 is required as even though it was lockdown when i took admission the cut-off was still that. Yes, in that cut-off, getting admission is tough but cometh the hour, cometh the man is what DBIT believe in. DBIT MUMBAI : where learning meets vibrant campus life .

i didnt applied to other colleges because my sister used to study in DBIT so i was sure the college will be good . while i also thought i was elegible for the college so i preferred DBIT for its approachable faculty and industry connections. the adimission process at DBIT involves eligibility based on 12th- grade marks and MHT-CET schores with atypical cutoff arounf 85-90 percentile for IT. the process is smooth, with a centralized counseling ensuring transpency. rejections elsewhere were due to higher cutoffs but DBIT has proven to be a great choice overall....Read More
