Course Curriculum Overview

5

MBBS is some course I don't think I've to define, it's low-key a noble profession and worth the hardwork you'll be doing throughout past few years of NEET-ug preparation and 4.5 years of MBBS. And superiority complex among yo relatives, hahaha????

Internships Opportunities

4

MBBS is a 4.5 year course with 1 year internship, internship here is fun and hectic as well because nahan is the hospital referred throughout the sirmaur district and nearby cities of Haryana. Patient flux is too good that even if you barely pass your 4.5 years , you'll be a good doctors due to internship

Fees and Financial Aid

#1) 60,000 per annum is tuition fee which you have to submit during admission #2) Apart from tuition charges, you gotta pay 27,200 for hostel annually (both boys and girls) #3) For hostel mess and transport you have to pay 4700 monthly (both boys and girls)

Campus Life

5

There are 3 partied for freshers: 1) fresher's official 2) fresher's unofficial (organised by your seniors especially to enhance your bond with your batchmates and seniors. 3) Annual fest, inclusion to be organised in March 2025 for 2024 batch

Admission

I got all India rank of 8095, I would easily get any out of GDMC DEHRADUN, GMC haldwani, Chamba, hamirpur. But I opted for himachal over Uttarakhand as girl's a prettier in Himachal, nahan as it's a complete city, you'll find everything over here and ofcourse himachal pradesh have good and friendly people.

Faculty

4

When you pursue MBBS as a career, it's done and dusted with teachers, professors are too good and skilled in clinical aspects, but 1st year being a theoretical subject you've to cope your exams by yourself mainly based on self study

Night Life

4

-->There's a main sabzi mandi in nahan which closed by 8:30 pm, and is usually awake since 4 in evening. (For winters). -->In summers, there's a little disparity: sabzi mandi is awake from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. -->Gyms are open till 11pm -->Hostel isn't good for timings, especially for girls. -->There's no such market nearby hostel which I didn't find good. Although shops are open in main city. --> it's a safe City nearby campus for you, being a man I used to roam around at like 12 in midnight. --> safe for girls too

Its MBBS dude . Respected profession and lots of money. The curriculum is good very much emphasis on theoratical knowledge along with good amount of clinical hours for skill development. Improvements would be to lower the load on final prof. As too many subjects. Frequency of exams is 1 formative weekly and 3 terms at 3 months gap . One final examination yearly. They vary in difficulty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One may choose the course of MBBS for various reasons, my being having a successful professional life which interests me. The perks of being a doctor are many , the primary being the ability to help the society at many levels with a good income and social status. Through MBBS one definitely learns a lot which prepares an individual for the harsh World we live in. Each viva, each scolding, each taunt and each exam surely feel bad at the moment but if the person is willing to rebuild on them they surely develop ones character. Coming to the academic part MBBS includes19 subjects. One can pursue any of the subjects in the future which requires you to qualify neet pg which would soon be replaced by NEXT exam. A thorough knowledge of the subjects is required to qualify the exam. It's known well that medical field is constantly evolved at a very rapid rate. However i personally feel that this college has lagged behind in catching up to it. Currently there is a need for better infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs in itself is vast curriculum but it's interesting at the same time. We get to learn more about our body in first year through anatomy physiology and biochemistry. From second year onwards the preclinical subjects are more interesting one also the clinical postings make the cause much fun u got to see many patients and apply the bookish knowledge on the patients. Exams in mbbs are held from time to time which keep us going through the course very easily.
