Its an affordable college compared to others
Services are good and ai students gets benefits of what they paid

Dislikes

Very often exams every week their is evalvuation or any viva
Campus size is a little small but they are expanding it

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculam is good and also exam timings anre told 2 days before exmas which are really very unexpected exams happens here after every 15 days or even less time l practical based teaching could be improved

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

To be honest internship are self based qnd many more and stipend opportunities are very less and and soem teachers provide some opportunities on real time projects and help in experience gaining but here there are not that much .

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students are elgible for internship and placements some companies are like infosys tcs microsoft and many more average package is 8 lakh per qnnum and no idea of highest package its around 50 percent students gets placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearwise i paid around 3 lakhs which is getting increased every year by 5k and their is no any scholarship here abd this fees is for ai students and for core students its around 2,lakhs 40 thousand and for future tech its around 4 lakhs

Campus Life

Rangerezz is our annual event and is very famous among the chitkarians and their are many more clubs of sports music drama dance and many more and laso sports facility is very good coaches are also very supportive

Hostel Facilities

Hoatel facility is very good and provides laundry and almirah and bed qnd tables chair in each room and meal is also very good and dishes changes every day their is menu and you can register for hostel online through college portal

Hostel Fee: INR 140000 per year

Admission

I applied to many colelges like jaypee thapar and vit and chandigarh university and lpu and many more and also got confirm admission in all of them but selected this one because of its placement and quality crowd and their is no any criteria for admission here just apply and you will get it

Faculty

Faculties are good and are responsive and also support students in many ways and talking about exam pattern it is always mcq based and three sts are conducted befor final exams which helps in increasing overall cgpa

Night Life

Their is one gym and one library and public area like square one hostel last entry timing is 12 pm for boys and 11:30 for girls and fjfjgkskskvjfjjdkskj fjcfjfjdjdjdj dddccdjdjjdjd djdjjdjdvv. jfjffjfjfjfjfj

Placement Experience:

Placements are about 85%. Students are eligible from 6th semester . But sometimes in 5th semester some students got intership from big companies like microsoft , google . Highest package till is 450000 and average package is about 800000. Companies comes till 8th semester . If i get the job then i will do it and try to fulfill my dream of opening a software based company .

From 7 semester the stude ts are become eligible for intership only if and only if their cgpa is above 8 or 8. Ibm infosys,quark, Adobe ,sapient, quick heal. No. Of offers are not available in the site. Highest is 60 lakh and lowest is 2 lakhs. Percentage of student ts getting placed are 60 percent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is good . It combimes theorys with praciticals projects and internships. There are rooms for students to improve their soft skills. Exams are not soo difficult, student mange to pass the exams.

From 6th sem students actual placements critieria started . Elitmus etc. type of exams started but intership in big companies like microsoft , google come in 5 th sem. But they choose only 1 person . Many companies visited in this university with average package of 7-8 lakhs . Mostly 80% students get placed. Highest package till is 45 lakhs . If i get placed then ok going with them but if not places then i will go abroad

at final year the student is eligible for placement. for placement also this college trained you well. highest package is 3 crores per annum and average package is 6 LPA... some companies choose the persons they should have above 7.5 CGPA and some are choose above 6.5 CGPA like that...

As of now I don't know much about the placement scene but according to the seniors it's decent as this year's batch as I have listened that out of two thousand students twelve hundred have been placed.

Also their fees are very high than our chitkara university . Moreover chitkara have good name in placements and infrastructure is far better than other colleges . we have a big canteen square one which have almost every type of food . Review of Chitkara University from my three year experience

Ok so I have applied to Chandigarh University and Thappar University , the reason I did join and not them is that first i was not selected in b.tech 2022 batch of thappar university because of low percentage , i got mechanical and the reason i did not join chandigarh university is that all the students I talk to at Chandigarh University adviced me not to join, so my only option was Chitkara.
