PICT is pure magic!!

Academics here owns its own space and at PICT no one can be vulnerable. So I am absolutely vaikd in saying that our college academics are not just superior than that of others but are best among all the colleges of Pune.

Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Google and others always wants techie who are good and they know that they won't find better than our college. Hence our college has just not became their favourite but also over 90% students from each batch are hired by then alone.

To pursue computer engineering I think PICT is the best. Fees wise too it's the best as only 1.25 lakhs a year is what we have to pay for a year. For SC/ST students central SC scholarship is in place and their entire tuition fees is waived off and they just have to pay charges that comes around 12k a year.

We have many fests and 3 top fests among them are sports fest Elevate, tech fest Technoista and annual cultural fest Addiction. Our campus may be small but even the crowd is small and therefore e en though one canteen and one auditorium the need for more never felt.

Hostels are good and therefore for a two seater room they charge 1.35 lakhs a year. We have washrooms inside our 15*15 room. There are 16 rooms on each floor and we have a student room too on each floor of the hostel. The curfew time is 8 pm for girls hostel and the best part is the hostel is inside the campus.

COEP was the one where I faced rejection from as I had 98.3 percentile in MHTCET and cut-off for COEP was 98.7. Our college admission criteria is fixed as with 96 or more percentile in JEE Mains or 98 or more percentile in MHTCET.

Too many older faculties and new are not coming through and I rate it as the best thing as their experience is best to bank upon. Anurag Salve sir is my favourite among all as he has been there since ages and have never put a foot wrong in teaching us.

Bharti Vidyapeeth Campus which is right next to us is the best campus to roam around. Right next to our college is famous Khau Galli. Pune's one of the oldest Irani Cafe is also close to our campus and our personal favourites Crazy Cheese and Richie Rich Cafe are also among our favourite places to celebrate.
