Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course i am learning is having a relevancy in whole world. Climate Change is one of the factor world is fearing and our course is providing us adaptation and mitgation strategies to over come the climate change and make the environment sustainable. But still in India its relevance is less. Outside the country it has more opportunities.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship opportunities are less but it can be found through lot of hardwork and teachers will be also supporting us. Australia has a Internship opportunity and other similar countries also provide internhip and project opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester we have to pay 15000 and 1 semester is nearly 5 months. Tuition fee : 7500 Exam fee : 640 Special fee : 1600 PTA fund : 1000 Hostel building fee : 330 For me this rate is affordable , i am coming from a middle class family and my category is obc . Sc/st is having lesser fee than this which is not aware by me.

Campus Life

4

Experience of college life is good. Every festivals in India is celebrated. Celebrations are in sustainable manner. It has a library where u can access any kind of books. We have a smart board and a black board and each class has air conditioner and free wifi access. It also provides opportunities in arts and sports will be held for weeks. Students have union which will support the student needs and stay with students.

Hostel Facilities

5

Facilities of our rooms are good . Bed and shelf quality also good. Mess bill per semester will vary according to the food. Food menu is arranged by the students. Girls hostel is in inside the university and boys hostel is in outside the university

Admission

I have applied for bsc hons agriculture and this but due to less marks in neet exam i got the college i am currently in. Admission procedure is through neet exam. According to the marks scored in the exam we can apply to various colleges .

Faculty

5

Faculties are good and friendly but only in few number is there. Our course has 8 semester and upto 6 semester we have theory exams. If teachers are not available college will provide other teachers from different collage. 3rd and 6th semester is the toughest sem. But number of failing students are less.

Night Life

4

We are provided with a gym with a joining fee of 50 rupees. We have a beautiful ground . Girls hostel has time upto 9:30 pm and in boys hostel there is no time limitation. University is safe for everyone. Near by cafeterias and other essentials are also there.

My favourite subject is biology. I have applied for zoology course but unfortunately there is no seats available at that time, so I chose Botany which is also my favourite. The curriculum is perfect and prepares for real world. More practical sessions are needed. Every 6 months there will be semester exam. Which is not that much tough.

Remarks:

College lacks infrastructure and ample space for the ease of college excitement but the college offers a great field of laboratories and on-site experience in the field the faculty and lectures sometimes involve too much into their personal life than minding their own business.
