This college is comes under Punjab government so I liked it
Good campus and playground for students that I liked most.
Well and good computer labs and other labs.

Dislikes

I disliked a little bit college faculty.
I disliked old building renovation work.

Course Curriculum Overview

I personally give 4 star to this course for the relevance and I have interest in computer science so I liked it most. If you prepare your self in a good way then this course will definitely help you to achieve goals. The exam timing is 3hrs and it is intermediate level not hard

Internships Opportunities

Qspider offered me internship without stipent under college placement. I done my internship in android development and I make some project under this internship like car parking finder application and memer application.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid INR 85000 per year of fee in which I avail cm scholarship of 30000. So my actual tution fee is INR 52500 approx. I have not paid any registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees etc I avail hostel facility of campus at INR 6300 per year and a cooperative mess that charges approximately 30k to 36k depends on how much meals you take. And there is no need to merit for addmission here

Campus Life

After taking addmission I participated in fresher of my college and I think all hindus festival celebrated here and also Sikhs festival. This college provide a seperate sports club, student portal , developer club etc

Hostel Facilities

Hostel provide one bad , 2 beds and 3 beds room which student need. And a cooperative mess with good food. 3 meals provided by mess. If you rented a room near by college it quite costly than hostel because of vip area near by college.

Admission

I found this college on YouTube and I research about this college and I found it comes under Government of Punjab which is good and fee structure is also a very affordable and the hostel charges is very cheap so I found this college good for me.

Faculty

Some of the my college faculty is good and some is not much good but it's okay. In one semester almost 5 to 6 external exams are conducted by PTU. Almost 30% student fails to clear the exam. The course curriculum is quite good.

Night Life

My college provide their own gym all hostler can avail gym without any cost. Campus timing is 9 to 5. Hostel timing 4 am to 10 pm. College provide hangout places inside and outside of the college both and locality is good.

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult
