Private but good college

Good: Alumni and faculties are so cooperative.Teaching is too good.Discipline and cleanliness is so much.Enriched with projects and extracurricular activities. Bad: Some of the lab equipment do not work properly. Few holidays. Too much classes, No chance

I opted for COMEDK and I scored 110 marks and got the rank 3994. Initially I was planning to go for CSE branch but I was not getting it in MSRIT, so I decided to prefer MSRIT rather than CSE branch. So I took Civil engineering in my College. And with the time I became intersted in my branch.

Many of the companies visits my College for internship. Around 450 companies visited last year only for internship and the payscale is approx 12,000-25,000 per month for internship And the student if wishes he can also do internship from companies outside the college.

More than 650 companies visited this year in my College and the placement was approx. 95%.Different companies from IT Sector, core Sector visits our college. And the average package for CSE and Information science is around 5.5 lakh. ECE and EEE has average package of 4.8 lakh, Mech and IEM has the average of Rs4.7 lakh, Civil Has the average of 4 lakhs And for chemical it is 3 lakhs approx. And this year The highest package is of 76 lakh from CSE of a student.

For me its expensive. We have to pay Rs 1.8 lakh approx to the institution and 80 lakhs is the hostel fee. In which the fee from 2nd year onward is approx 1.5 lakh, In 1.8 lakh misc fee, lab charge, Wifi fee, maintenance charge etc are included.And in hostel fee mess charge is also included. And the fee is for a year and it should be paid in one at the time of admission.

Yes the student who have scored more than 90% in the board exams gets scholarship and the resident of Karnataka can give KCET and they can also come to take admission in the college with the fees around 45,000 (1/4 of the fee who comes from COMEDK).

Yes, you can say extra curricular activities are too much in my College for those who participates. Almost every sports and entertainment group are here. Our college also conduct tournaments on state and college level and also we have teams in different sports like Kabbbadi, Table tennis, Lawn tennis, cricket, football, volley ball, basket ball etc.

Hostel are easily available. And the food taste and quality is not so good.Hostel facility is nice. Rooms structure and quality is better. But the mess is not worthy. We have to eat a total of 5 diets outside in a week. In which 4 diets are not good and o

Ya there is so much interaction between a senior student and alumni. From 2nd years onwards the faculty from our own department teaches. So obviously the interaction will increase between the alumni and senior students.

Internals are too hectic. We have to face two exams in a day and the internal get conducted daily. While lab exams and external xams schedule are too goods we gets a gap of 3-4 days between the xams and only one paper is conducted in a day.

There is no overcrowding in my College so the access to the faculty is much better. The faculty members are to cooperative. They are ready to help us, teach us, Take extra classes anytime.
